And the source of those strange noises in the center of the circle was Kira's that card.

That useless little spirit, which had never been good for anything, currently had one eye floating in the air and screaming nonstop. The things it was shouting were getting stranger and stranger.

About half an hour later, that card was finally returned to Kira's hand.

Strangely, despite clearly being a card, it looked as though it were drenched in sweat. Kira was very curious where a card could possibly hide sweat glands.
