Li Lingqin had been knocked on the head by Li Mu Chuan and did not even have time to get angry.
She circled R8, looking it over from every angle, still wearing an expression of disbelief. "You really bought this car? Since when did you get so rich, bro?"
"I earned it before. Don't ask so many questions. Get in."
Li Mu Chuan put away the suitcase and urged her to get in quickly. He was starving.
Li Lingqin got into the passenger seat and kept looking around the inside of the car.
"Mom said you transferred five hundred thousand to the family. I thought that was pretty much all the money you had. Looking at this now, you've earned far more than I imagined."
Li Lingqin looked excited. Her brother had actually become a tycoon—a self-made rich man!
"So, bro, how much money did you actually make? Tens of millions?"
Li Mu Chuan ignored her question and focused on driving. Instead, he warned her, "Don't tell the family about this yet."
"Why?"
Li Lingqin was puzzled.
Li Mu Chuan's expression did not change. "Just do as I say. If you don't, don't expect any living expenses from me later."
Li Lingqin's face lit up. "Okay, bro! I'll listen to you!"
"Since you even bought a car, you must have bought a house too, right? How about I stay with you? Living at school with other people is such a hassle. It's not comfortable or convenient."
Since her brother was so rich, she was certain he had bought a house.
Some of the girls at school were difficult to get along with. She did not want to scheme and bicker with them, and living together could be inconvenient at times.
"It'd be even more inconvenient if you stayed with me."
