Watching Robert's dejected state, the secret agent's face remained utterly expressionless. While detaining him, the agent casually stopped another apprentice who had been teaching students, someone Robert even found vaguely familiar.

Though that person was not from the School of Conjuration, he was an apprentice from the School of Illusion in the same year as Robert. They were not close, but their dormitories were nearby, and they would greet each other when they met.

However, this person was a gnome—not a human with some pathological condition, but a genuine gnome. He had a large head, a face always full of smiles, and a rather amusing name.

Timmy Tyrant.

Tyrannosaurus looked even more bewildered when he was arrested. "What law? I don't know anything about that. I've just never taught apprentices before and wanted to give it a try. Why are you arresting me?"

The secret agent could not be bothered to answer. He merely took out the regulations he had prepared beforehand. The gnome cried out that it was unfair and immediately used an Invisibility Spell to flee, only for the secret agent, who wore a ring that detected invisibility, to lock a capture device around his neck.

The capture device was somewhat like a chicken-catching pole, except as a magical item, it was far more sophisticated and came with lightning damage. Tyrannosaurus screamed repeatedly as he was electrocuted. Once he had completely lost the ability to resist, he was handcuffed, gagged, and dragged to the Inspection Bureau with Robert.

Throughout the process, the gnome kept glaring furiously at him. Robert knew the other man probably thought he had reported him, so he said helplessly, "It really wasn't me. I was arrested too. I don't even know what will happen to me yet."
