Ch. 323Three Reunited (Part 2)

Youth Mi Yang explained how his world’s future became disastrous and warned Yan Yong and young Mi Yang about Flaming’s plans. He brought young Mi Yang to confront their father, and Combat Training began soon after.

  • Youth Mi Yang touched young Mi Yang without suffering time-space backlash and explained that the two came from independent parallel worlds.
  • Youth Mi Yang revealed that Yan Yong had died saving a town during a Chaotic Pokemon Tide, though the town was still destroyed.
  • Jirachi urged Yan Yong to start Combat Training and described altering Pokemon Alliance documents to change Zhao Meisha and Gym Leader Qian’s positions.
  • Young Mi Yang woke up, and Youth Mi Yang proved his identity before warning him that Flaming planned to control people and Pokemon across Hia Kingdom and the Ilan Principality.
  • Youth Mi Yang took young Mi Yang to Experiment Area No. 2 at Fallen Sky Mountain Base, where they found Flaming, and Combat Training began ten minutes later.

Ch. 324Flaming Had an Epiphany (Part 1)

Flaming recovered his memories after Spectrier’s attack, remembering how he rose from a poor bug-catching boy to the leader of R Organization and chairman of Beyond Corporation. He listened to Youth Mi Yang describe his conquest of Hia and Ilan, but no longer felt the excitement his past self would have felt.

  • Flaming reviewed the Second Area’s Ghost-type research and wondered why he had two sons named Mi Yang.
  • Spectrier returned from the Spirit World with two more Gengar Zombies, bringing their total to eleven.
  • Flaming recalled being struck by Spectrier’s Shadow Balls alongside both of his sons, which triggered his memories of growing up with Weedle and joining R Organization.
  • Flaming remembered rising through R Organization, killing its leader, and building Beyond Corporation into a powerful public and secret empire.
  • Flaming recalled his repeated Combat Training and experiments under Mark, then heard Youth Mi Yang describe taking control of Hia and Ilan during the turmoil.
  • Flaming realized he no longer felt happy or excited about Youth Mi Yang’s victory.

Ch. 325Flaming Understood (Part 2)

Flaming recovered his memories and realized that ruling the world mattered less than gaining strength through Mark’s Combat Training. He abandoned his plan to escape, thanked Youth Mi Yang for helping save him, and left Youth Mi Yang wondering whether his father had truly changed.

  • Flaming considered fleeing while Mark and his allies were away, but memories of Combat Training made him realize that even a world-conquering version of himself would lose to Mark.
  • Flaming decided to stay and cooperate with Mark so he could grow stronger through Combat Training.
  • Flaming told Youth Mi Yang that he had recovered his memories, and Youth Mi Yang summoned Weavile and questioned his intentions.
  • Flaming thanked Youth Mi Yang for trying to stop him and for the Celebi that had helped him, saying Youth Mi Yang’s presence had persuaded Mark to spare his life.
  • Flaming told Youth Mi Yang he had given up on world domination, explaining that he had pursued control because he was weak and now wanted to become strong enough to be good.
  • Angel Wish Star Jirachi watched Flaming and wondered how he had suddenly stopped being evil.

Ch. 326Leafeon Cried Again

Flaming told Youth Mi Yang that he had abandoned his former plans and intended to follow Mark and atone for his crimes. Jirachi found Leafeon and brought it, Flaming, Youth Mi Yang, and Laika to Mark, who continued training by letting Caterpie attack him.

  • Flaming told Youth Mi Yang that he had given up his plans and asked Jirachi to take him to Mark.
  • Jirachi learned from Flaming that Leafeon had run north, then gathered Laika and headed to find it.
  • Jirachi found Leafeon playing in a pile of leaves and urged it to bring its phone and follow along.
  • Jirachi and Leafeon reached Mark's training ground, where Caterpie battered Mark with repeated attacks.
  • Leafeon tried to heal Mark with a Life Fruit, but Mark stopped it and said he would wait until Laika had attacked him.

Ch. 327New Directions: Spirit Form, Elementalization

After recovering from Caterpie’s attack, Mark explored whether repeated injury and healing could strengthen his body, then decided Spirit Form might be the key to surviving a fall from space. He made Flaming a Trainer at Clear Stream Gym, but his plans were interrupted by an email announcing that Aura Hero Lucario had awakened.

  • Laika, Leafeon, Mark, Jirachi, Butterfree, and the other Pokémon healed Mark’s badly injured body, and he found that repeated damage and recovery had modestly improved his strength.
  • Mark told Flaming and Youth Mi Yang about his encounter with Rayquaza and asked how he could survive falling from space.
  • Flaming suggested using Ice-type power to withstand atmospheric heat and aura power to slow down, but Mark favored strengthening his body or achieving Spirit Form.
  • Mark realized George’s Spirit Form, rather than Ghost-type power alone, enabled safe descent from space, and wondered whether he could learn to become a Grass-type energy body.
  • Mark demonstrated that Golisopod could turn intangible, considered whether Leafeon could learn a similar transformation, and made Flaming a Trainer at Clear Stream Gym.
  • An email notification announced that Aura Hero Lucario had awakened, interrupting Mark.

Ch. 328Dream (Part 1)

Mark questioned Mi Yang about Aura Hero Lucario while deciding whether Flaming could be trusted with his Pokémon, and Mi Yang recounted Aya and Lucario’s search for the Legendary Tree and Mew. Flaming realized Mewtwo’s creation was underway without his current involvement, identified five possible laboratories in Manzhou Province, and began sharing a folk legend about the Legendary Tree.

  • Mi Yang warned Mark not to trust Flaming easily, but Mark said Victini and Jirachi’s judgment convinced him Flaming was no longer dangerous.
  • Mi Yang described how Aya escaped Zhao Meisha, met an injured Lucario, and later died with him while saving Mew from Mewtwo.
  • Mark learned that Mi Yang knew little about the Legendary Tree or why Aya and Lucario sought it.
  • Mi Yang placed Mewtwo’s rampage about a year and a half in the future, and Flaming said he had not yet joined any Mewtwo project.
  • Flaming used Leafeon’s phone to mark five likely Mewtwo research sites among laboratories in Manzhou Province.
  • Flaming told Mark he had heard a folk legend about the Legendary Tree while working for R Organization.

Ch. 329Mew (Part 2)

Mark returned to Fallen Sky Mountain Base and learned that Lucario had awakened but was deeply distressed. After Lucario drank himself unconscious, Ling Liushu discovered that the Ditto on his shoulder had been Mew in disguise.

  • Aya told Mark that Lucario had woken up but seemed depressed, and Mark found Lucario staring blankly at the ceiling.
  • Lucario tried to erase his memories with Memory Potion and a Hypnosis Gun, then drank Jirachi's baijiu and began crying.
  • Lucario revealed that Mew had caused his memory loss and regression into Riolu, and he agreed that Mew lived near the Legendary Tree.
  • Lucario started to tell Mark where Mew was but passed out drunk before he could finish.
  • Ling Liushu spotted a photo on Leafeon's phone showing that the Ditto on his shoulder had actually been Mew in disguise.

Ch. 330Mew Is Right Beside Us

Mark and the others learned that Mew had been secretly staying near Lucario, likely since Lucario first arrived at the Fallen Sky Mountain Base. They realized Mew’s concealment made it hard to detect, and Mark suggested Aya and Lucario’s search in Mi Yang’s world may have followed a similar path.

  • Leafeon revealed that a photo had caught Ditto transformed into a Pokémon resembling Mew, though none of the Pokémon had sensed Mew’s arrival.
  • Mark explained that Mew seemed able to make others overlook it and proposed asking Lucario instead of searching surveillance footage.
  • After Jirachi gave Lucario hangover medicine, Lucario said Mew had often been near him but that he could not pinpoint its current location.
  • Lucario confirmed Mew may have followed him to the base when he was still Riolu, and Victini suspected Mew had stolen its chocolate donuts.
  • Mi Yang questioned whether Mew had appeared earlier in this world, and Mark suggested Aya and Lucario’s search in Mi Yang’s world may have involved Mew being beside them all along.

Ch. 331Something More Important Than Finding Mew!

Mark and the Pokémon played hide-and-seek with Mew while preparing to travel to Royal Capital Riel for the Hia Kingdom Academy Cup semifinals. After fifteen hours, Celebi returned Mi Yang to World Number One Parallel, where he reflected on how strangely Mark behaved.

  • Mark explained that Mew had likely stayed nearby during Aya and Yan Yong’s search, and Lucario said they could make Mew stop hiding by touching it and saying they had caught it.
  • Mew appeared, dodged Victini, Jirachi, and Caterpie, and frustrated Caterpie’s attempt to track it with Mind’s Eye.
  • Jirachi and the others devised a glue-based trap for Mew, but Mew secretly joined their planning disguised as a second Victini and exposed the plan.
  • Mark told Mi Yang he had no way to catch Mew, though he believed Mew would reveal itself after enjoying the game of hide-and-seek.
  • Mark announced that he was leaving for Royal Capital Riel to film a promotional video ahead of Hack Pokemon Academy’s Academy Cup semifinal, and the Pokémon eagerly abandoned their search for Mew.
  • After fifteen hours, Celebi brought Mi Yang back to World Number One Parallel, and Mi Yang told Celebi that nothing unexpected had happened but that Mark was difficult to describe.

Ch. 332Confusion

Mi Yang recovered memories of the Combat Training sessions with Mark, including his repeated deaths and resurrections, and recalled the catastrophic events he had experienced. At the preparation base, Shao Bu challenged him to a Pokémon battle to decide who would compete in the semifinal, but Mi Yang was still confused about the difference between a battle and Combat Training.

  • Mi Yang remembered that his father Flaming had disappeared and considered seeking help from Zhu Xing, Bo Er, or Mark.
  • Mi Yang recalled the events at Clear Stream Village, where Mark and Caterpie repeatedly defeated him and his companions during Combat Training.
  • Mi Yang remembered Mark helping Weavile control her berserk power after she believed Mi Yang had died.
  • The preparation team planned its strategy against Mark, and Captain Ciss intended Shao Bu to replace Mi Yang in the core battle because Mi Yang was in poor condition.
  • Shao Bu challenged Mi Yang to a Pokémon battle to decide who would enter the semifinal, and Mi Yang asked whether he meant Combat Training.

Ch. 333The Growth of the Young Mi Yang

Mi Yang’s Weavile defeated Shao Bu’s Houndoom with advanced tactics, revealing how much stronger it had become. After Captain Ciss mentioned Mark, Mi Yang claimed that even six Pokemon attacking one of Mark’s at once might not win, and said his father could defeat some of Mark’s team if Beedrill stayed out.

  • Mi Yang followed Shao Bu to the Battle Arena while struggling with the memories and training crowding his mind.
  • Shao Bu sent out his upper Veteran-level Houndoom, and Mi Yang entered Weavile despite the type disadvantage.
  • Weavile used Frost Clones, Activated States, and repeated sneak attacks to overwhelm Houndoom, which Shao Bu recalled without sending out another Pokemon.
  • Captain Ciss told Mi Yang that he wished Mi Yang had been available to fight Mark alongside him in the Academy Cup doubles match.
  • Mi Yang said six Pokemon attacking one of Mark’s at once might still lose, then listed several of Mark’s Pokemon that his father could defeat if Beedrill did not participate.
  • Ciss checked Mi Yang’s forehead, unsure whether he was feverish.

Ch. 334Mental Disorder

Ciss defeated Mi Yang’s remaining Pokémon, then tried to calm him and learn why he feared Mark’s Combat Training. Mi Yang warned Ciss against facing Mark, but with Yan Yong missing and Mi Yang unable to compete, Ciss set the academy’s attention on tomorrow’s match.

  • Ciss’s Salamence defeated Mi Yang’s Crobat, leaving five of Mi Yang’s Pokémon unconscious.
  • After Ciss removed the tape from Mi Yang’s mouth, Mi Yang warned him not to take part in Combat Training against Mark and said Yan Yong could confirm his claims.
  • Hassen and a team member reported that Yan Yong had left several days earlier and had not returned, while Yan Yong remained at Fallen Sky Mountain Base.
  • Mi Yang realized the Academy Cup encounter with Mark was a regular match, then warned that Mark might lead with a newly registered Ghost-type Pokémon.
  • Alakazam put Mi Yang to sleep after Alakazam and Gengar found no sign of Psychic- or Ghost-type energy affecting his mind.
  • Ciss decided Mi Yang could not compete in his current state and told Zhou Kuan to handle the third-round match.

Ch. 335Ciss Chickened Out

Ciss visited Mark secretly before their semifinal and was caught by Mark’s defensive setup, which incapacitated him before Mark healed him and gave him a Memory Potion. On match day, Mark entered the arena with his six approved Pokemon, while Ciss hesitated in the tunnel and seemed unable to bring himself to face him.

  • Ciss learned that Mark had added a mutant Ghost-type Rapidash to his lineup and sent Hack Pokemon Academy’s match information to Hassen.
  • Ciss rode to Hack Pokemon Academy’s hotel at night, where Spectrier’s defensive setup dragged Gengar away and left Ciss with a hole in his chest.
  • Mark recalled Ciss’s unconscious Pokemon, healed Ciss’s chest and clothes, and poured a Memory Potion down his throat.
  • At the semifinal, Mark passed inspection with mutant Rapidash, Caterpie, mutant Scorbunny, Golisopod, Ivysaur, and Vikavolt Multi-Magnemite.
  • Ciss trembled and slowed down in the tunnel as he approached the arena, resisting the thought of competing against Mark.

Ch. 336Jirachi Riding a Black Horse (Part 1)

Dean Cao and Dean William watched the Academy Cup match and discussed Mark, their academies, and the political stakes of Protocol 73. When Ciss finally faced Mark, his Hydreigon recoiled in fear from Spectrier, while Spectrier also remained strangely still.

  • Dean Cao teased Dean William about Mark choosing Hack Pokemon Academy, saying Mark had already used Riel Pokemon Academy's library and saw no reason to apply there.
  • Dean William raised Protocol 73, and Dean Cao explained that the Royal Family's plan to reclaim authority from the Hia Pokemon Alliance would likely benefit academies at the expense of local Gyms.
  • Ciss entered the arena and registered Gengar, Zoroark, Hydreigon, Mismagius, Salamence, and Spiritomb for the match.
  • Mark sent Spectrier onto the field, darkening the arena and chilling the air.
  • Ciss's Hydreigon backed away from Spectrier in fear, while spectators noticed that Spectrier was not attacking either.

Ch. 337Jirachi Riding a Black Horse (Part 2)

Mark allowed the invisible Jirachi to assist Spectrier during his Academy Cup match, overwhelming Ciss’s team with summoned Gengar Zombies. As Spectrier and Jirachi celebrated their victory, they appeared to fuse in a burst of starlight and Spirit World energy.

  • Jirachi secretly rode on Spectrier and begged Mark to let it compete, and Mark eventually agreed despite recognizing that its help would mean cheating.
  • Spectrier opened a gate to the Spirit World while Jirachi controlled its power, summoning more than twenty Gengar Zombies to attack Ciss’s Hydreigon.
  • Ciss recalled his defeated Pokémon and sent out his remaining team, but the Gengar Zombies defeated them one by one as Jirachi and Spectrier cheered.
  • After the Zombies defeated Ciss’s final Pokémon, Spectrier raced through the sky and released a burst of energy with Jirachi that suggested the two had fused.

Ch. 338Leafeon's Battle Arena Adventure (Part 1)

After Jirachi fused with Spectrier and overwhelmed the Battle Arena, Leafeon became envious of the flashy move Extreme Evoboost. Mew offered to turn Leafeon back into an Eevee so it could learn the move, and Leafeon accepted despite expecting to be bullied first.

  • Jirachi and Spectrier celebrated their victory as the Spirit World overlapped with reality and nearly two hundred Gengar Zombies gathered around them.
  • Spectators speculated that Spectrier had used a powerful Ghost-type move comparable to the Rom Federation’s Extreme Evoboost.
  • Leafeon learned that only Eevee could use Extreme Evoboost and felt dejected because it had already evolved.
  • Mew appeared to Leafeon and offered to turn it back into an ordinary Eevee so it could learn Extreme Evoboost.
  • Leafeon closed its eyes and agreed to let Mew transform it.

Ch. 339Leafeon's Battle Arena Adventure (Part 2)

After Mew’s intervention, Leafeon gained the ability to switch between Leafeon and Eevee forms, then rejoined Mark as the Battle Arena recovered from Jirachi’s supernatural display. Ciss forfeited the next doubles match without appearing, giving Hack Pokemon Academy the win.

  • Mew granted Leafeon the ability to switch repeatedly between Leafeon and Eevee, and Leafeon rushed down to show Mark.
  • Mark explained that Mew would not have appeared if Leafeon had tried to capture it, while Mew agreed from somewhere out of sight.
  • The broadcast highlighted Leafeon’s new ability and named Mark’s Ghost-type Rapidash move set “Hundred Ghosts Parade.”
  • Jirachi returned to Mark as the Battle Arena returned to normal, and Mark kept Jirachi from entering the next doubles match.
  • Ciss forfeited before facing Aya and Mark’s Vikavolt Multi-Magnemite, so Hack Pokemon Academy won the second doubles match.

Ch. 340Genetic Testing, Base Stats 680

Hack Pokemon Academy defeated Riel Pokemon Academy 3–0 to reach the Academy Cup final, while Mark returned to Fallen Sky Mountain Base and tested Jirachi and Spectrier’s fusion. Their combined base stats reached 680, and Mark examined their genetic chart as he considered the approaching political crisis.

  • Zhou Kuan defeated Shao Bu in the anchor battle, with Zhou Kuan’s Snorlax breaking through its Genetic Limit during the match.
  • Ciss recovered from his earlier defeat and tried to use his family’s Heart of Victory technique, but memories of his near-death illusion caused it to backfire and he fainted before the second match.
  • Mark gave a post-match interview, helped the documentary crew reshoot scenes, and returned to Fallen Sky Mountain Base.
  • Mark read that Qin Ming had been reassigned and worried that Hia would announce its withdrawal from the World Pokemon Alliance during the Academy Cup final on January 25.
  • Mark tested Jirachi and Spectrier’s fusion and found its base stats totaled 680.
  • Mark opened the genetic chart in the report and flicked Jirachi on the forehead as he examined it.

Ch. 341Eevee's Further Evolution

After examining Jirachi’s merger with Spectrier and several Pokémon’s test results, Mark discovered that Eevee’s genetic profile might allow another evolution with guidance from a sufficiently powerful Legendary Pokémon. He considered asking Jirachi to help Eevee evolve further.

  • Mark learned that Jirachi could travel freely between the Spirit World and reality after merging with Spectrier, but it had gained no exclusive move from the merger.
  • Jirachi recruited Nihilego, Victini, Caterpie, Golisopod, Vikavolt Multi-Magnemite, Little Zapdos, and Ivysaur into a chaotic merging game, which Mark allowed.
  • Mark reviewed Caterpie’s Primeval Chrysalis and Final End Chrysalis test results and found that both forms had defense-oriented stats despite Caterpie using them mainly to attack.
  • Mark examined Eevee’s stats and genetic profile, then concluded that Eevee could evolve in another direction with guidance from a Legendary Pokémon comparable in status to Xerneas.
  • Mark looked toward Jirachi and considered that it might be powerful enough to help Eevee evolve again.

Ch. 342Steel Eevee (Part 1)

Mark and Jirachi decided to help Leafeon evolve by using Jirachi’s power, though Jirachi first frightened Leafeon with a plan to take it to Rayquaza. Jirachi merged its three Wish Tags into Eevee, channeling Steel-type power into its body as Eevee’s consciousness began to fade.

  • Mark explained that Leafeon’s genes might allow it to evolve into another branch if exposed to a powerful enough stimulus, but the process could be dangerous.
  • Leafeon chose to risk the evolution, and Jirachi mistakenly proposed taking it to Outer Space to face Rayquaza.
  • Mark reminded Jirachi that it was a Mythical Pokémon powerful enough to help, and that Victini might be able to help after becoming stronger.
  • Jirachi forced Leafeon to change into an ordinary Eevee and prepared to use its power, despite being unsure how to proceed.
  • Jirachi removed its three Wish Tags and pressed them onto Eevee, causing Steel-type power to enter Eevee’s body as its consciousness blurred.
