If they had not been reluctant to lose that bit of experience and the hard-earned gear on their backs, they would have used the "finishing-blow teleport" trick to return to town long ago!
Kakarot could not help complaining.
"Damn it, Mole has it easy. He just got back from vacationing in Utopia City and picked up a huge job."
Indebted Big Eyes, sitting in the tricycle, nodded in deep agreement.
"But that's nine hundred kilometers... How is he planning to get there?"
Construction Kid and Bricks cut in with a jab.
"Who knows? Why are we tricycle-pedalers worrying about someone driving?"
Hearing his teammates' sarcastic remarks, Edge Paddler smiled sheepishly and patted the shoulder of his mount.
"Hehe... Sorry, brother. I put you through a lot."
Construction Kid and Bricks rolled his eyes.
"You'd better know you owe me!"
Cursing out the regiment commander for being inhumane was standard procedure.
Most people were not that petty anyway. Conditions when the server had first opened had been far worse than they were now.
At least they had tricycles now.
Back then, even bicycles were treasured like giant pandas. Even T0 and T1 players had usually had to rely on their own two legs to travel the map.
No matter what, although the journey had been full of hardships, they
