Taking a Day Off Due to Writer's Block

I got stuck while connecting the plot. I'd originally planned to wrap up the Pinecone Farm storyline in one chapter, introduce the clues, and shift into the next arc, moving the perspective from the front lines back to the protagonist in the rear. But after writing three thousand words, I wasn't satisfied no matter how I looked at it, so I deleted it all...

Today's update probably won't make it.
