When I wrote the afterword, I wanted to pour out too much in one breath, and as a result I failed to explain quite a few things readers cared about. So here's an extra chapter to address them.
First, the next book would still be a harem story, though the number of girls might be trimmed down. Not by much, though—it would still stay within a range most people basically liked. So there was no need to keep privately messaging me to ask. I was left speechless by all the questions yesterday; there had to have been over a hundred messages asking about this. Do you really distrust me that much?
Second, although it would be a harem story, there would be a fairly long ambiguous "stock-picking" phase early on. Given the current environment, everyone should understand the situation—it reduced the chances of being targeted and messed with by petty people... Also, let me quietly say this: if new readers started stock-picking in the next book, don't immediately spill the beans and tell them, "Ji Cha is definitely writing a harem." (Cough, I wanted to cross out this part, but still... well, you know. I trust everyone's professional acting skills. This single-chapter post would be deleted when I started the next book.)
Third, regarding a meticulously edited TXT version, I didn't want to make one for this book. Back when I edited them myself, someone would hang it up on a forum and sell it for coins before long. Although that sort of thing was hard to avoid, personally making my own pirated copy felt incredibly awkward—like I was a living, breathing idiot. I really didn't want to do
