Taking a deep breath, just as he was about to say something more, Evan shot a look that forcibly drove the Succubus back.
"Kolun, I know the Elf race is suffering severely from decline, but you need to understand that this has no direct connection to anyone else. Xilos was the one who proposed moving here in the first place. No one could have predicted this change, and no one deliberately wanted to cause the Elf race's decline."
Frowning, Evan spoke patiently, watching Kolun's slightly trembling face as he did.
The Elf race's current state was neither caused by him nor Xilos. No one could have foreseen so many things happening afterward, yet in a sense, they truly did owe the Elf race an explanation.

On the surface, he was saying that the Elf race's plight had nothing to do with others, but Kolun's expression and words practically screamed, What the hell does it have to do with you?!
"That's enough."
"No one forced Xilos to do those things. You occupied the resources provided by every race. No one could change what happened afterward, nor could anyone take responsibility in your place. Saying all that is just an excuse."
"Tell me. How much longer can the seal hold?"
The one-armed Ris stepped forward, his imposing presence no weaker than Evan's.
Everyone had come here for only one purpose.
The seal of the Source of Black Mist.
When Xilos had accepted the request and sealed this place, she had revealed almost no information to the other races outside. Only the
