Reason for the Bounty Order: Koude Bulade, captain of the Judicator Pirate Crew, had stolen the sacred artifact of Monarch Hall, the Monarch Seal.
Monarch Hall granted special authorization: Lord-level powerhouses from all major Holy Lands were requested to assist fully in the pursuit. All members of the Judicator Pirate Crew would no longer be protected by the restriction preventing Lords from taking action. Aside from Koude Bulade himself, everyone else was to be captured alive!
