Under the Evil Emperor's powerful consciousness invasion, the Sea Emperor's consciousness was quickly erased. He had almost no ability to resist before his body was completely taken over.
Within the Space-Time Node, the Heavenless Evil Emperor looked with great satisfaction at the body he had just acquired.
"This body's physique, talent, and potential should be considered top-tier among humans!"
Before he could fully familiarize himself with the body, the Evil Emperor sensed something abnormal outside. He looked around and saw that the time and space laws throughout the entire Space-Time Node seemed to be boiling, while the rules of time and space had descended into chaos.
He sped toward the exit, only to discover that the passage leading to the real world had already closed.
He knew that this was likely the consequence of using Time Stasis earlier. The alteration of the local time rules had triggered an anomaly throughout the entire Space-Time Node.
He turned and tried to retreat back to the battlefield, only to find that the entrance through which he had arrived had also closed.
Now, he was like someone stuffed into a water pipe blocked at both ends, with the water inside still boiling violently.
"This is bad..." The Evil Emperor was rendered speechless by the sight.
Within the sealed Space-Time Node, the boiling of the time and space rules grew increasingly violent. The Evil Emperor was swept into it and carried along by the currents.
Not only was he now using the Sea Emperor's frail body, but even the abundant Dao power he originally possessed had been completely depleted during the process of resurrecting the Sea Emperor. He could not use even a trace of it.
Under the tearing force of the time and space laws, the Sea Emperor's body quickly collapsed completely.
