Based on the depth of one's comprehension, the Dao was divided into five orders.
Normally, below the Thousand Layer Dao Realm, the amount of Great Dao Power was insufficient to sense the deeper levels of the Dao. Thus, beneath the Thousand Layer Dao Realm, the vast majority of people's Dao comprehension remained in the First Order.
After reaching the Thousand Layer Dao Realm, as one's Great Dao Power deepened, one could begin excavating that power further. Comprehending a Dao to a certain level and allowing its Great Dao Power to undergo one transformation meant entering the Second Order.
Among the vast majority of Thousand Layer Dao Realm Emperors who had mastered between 1,000 and 1,999 Daos, several of their Daos had entered the Second Order.
Once the number of Daos exceeded 2,000, most powerhouses could vaguely sense the existence of the Third Order. They would further excavate their Great Dao Power, allowing it to undergo a second transformation and enter the Third Order.
Iniggs was at this level. Eight of the Daos within him had already reached the Third Order.
When the number of Daos reached 3,000, one entered the Supreme Realm. One's comprehension of the Dao would reach a higher level, allowing a third transformation to elevate the Dao into the Fourth Order.
Of course, elevating a Dao into the Fourth Order was no simple matter.
First, one had to possess sufficiently powerful comprehension. Before reaching the Supreme Realm, the comprehension of most powerhouses was insufficient to complete a Fourth Order transformation.
Second, one needed sufficiently powerful Great Dao Power to support it. At least 1,000 Daos had to be elevated into the Third Order before one could barely sustain a Fourth Order transformation.
