Flying Zombies in the sky also had ranks. Most of the ones the Langya Air Force had time to aim at and kill were lower-ranked Flying Zombies. As for the high-ranked ones, aside from their terrifyingly enormous size, they also flew extremely high. They did not arrive alongside the main horde, but suddenly dove down from above at tremendous speed.
Of Langya's mere one hundred Combat Helicopters, two had already crashed after such a dive attack.
In other words, Langya had suddenly lost two Military Law Department members and two of the Shooting Team's finest marksmen!
No one had time to react. Only the two pilots whose helicopters had been struck immediately realized what had happened, and in that first instant, they used all their strength to alter their descent, steering their aircraft toward the area ahead where a vast mass of zombies had gathered.
The two Shooting Team members inside the cabins also unleashed their firepower in the final moments. Whether Flying Zombies or the sprawling sea of zombies on the ground, they would kill as many as they could!
The remaining Langya Air Force members watched as the two helicopters crashed and exploded in the distance, flames soaring into the sky as a huge swath of zombies was blasted into fragments.
Whether they were Military Law Department or Shooting Team members, every airman who witnessed the scene felt their hearts tremble violently. If they crashed, they would take even more zombies down with them. That had been the decision they had all agreed upon before takeoff.
