It had to be said that the Kabart Empire's Fleet Commander had a good plan, provided he had not overlooked two crucial points.

First, he had conveniently forgotten that humanity possessed Warp Drive Engines. Even if they entered the Star Path, that did not mean they had escaped.

When they reached the other end, Cecil, they would inevitably find a human fleet waiting to welcome them!

After all, warp travel was several hundred times faster than traveling through the Star Path.

There was another crucial point he had overlooked: there were 200,000 human warships on the battlefield at Witt III, not 60,000.

Only 60,000 warships had appeared so far. Where were the remaining 140,000?

The answer was soon revealed!

About six million kilometers from the battlefield, 1.2 million Kabart Empire warships were speeding through space. This was an enormous fleet formed from four combined fleets.

At their current speed, they were expected to reach the Star Path in less than twenty minutes.

"Report, Commander! Two human fleets have appeared behind us. They are traveling at 50,000 kilometers per second, with a total of 60,000 vessels, all battleship-class! They are expected to enter firing range within one minute. At that point, they will attack us from behind!"

Still, losing half was better than being wiped out entirely. That was the only way the commander could comfort himself.

"Have the rear fleet leave behind 100,000 ships to hold them off. All other warships will continue charging
