Ever since Emperor Milantes announced ten years ago that he had received a revelation from God and was preparing to launch a holy war, the entire civilization had gone mad.
Well, although this theocratic civilization had already been mad enough to begin with, it was even crazier now.

In the first year, because Emperor Milantes said he was going to wage a holy war and needed more warriors, everyone in the civilization started reproducing, breeding like mad.
And that was not all. As soon as every newborn was born, they were immediately sent into a Minor Universe with Time Dilation. Only after reaching adulthood and learning every piece of combat-related knowledge would they return to their primary universe.
Coupled with their astonishingly rapid reproduction rate, with every birth producing at least ten children, the population of the Noreya Empire had increased dozens of times over in just three years.
