First, a self-aware universe had to give rise to a lifeform capable of connecting with the Universe Consciousness. This was Lin Hong's evolved form, which he called a Listener, though many in the Alphart Civilization also called them divine envoys.
Second, the target unconscious universe could not contain any higher civilization, with higher civilizations referring to Super Civilizations or God-tier Civilizations.
Third, the Listener had to reach that universe, complete the connection within a limited time, and abandon their current lifeform, ultimately transforming into the consciousness of that universe.
Clearly, the Kado Universe already met the basic requirements. After all, every Advanced Civilization within it had by now fled into the Azure Dragon Universe.
The other requirements had also been met. For the Azure Dragon Universe, Lin Hong was no longer the only Listener; there were now more than thirty of them.
After all, the Federation's current strength had left the Ten-dimensional Beings helpless. They could only serve as blood bags in exchange for the right to survive.
