Lin Yu, busy within the Bosnia Supercluster and preparing to gradually devour it in order to further expand the Federation's territory, still had no idea that the civilizations standing at the very peak of the universe's pyramid had just concluded a meeting concerning an order for the Federation.

Under Charlie's orders, the entire Imperial Capital Sphere had been completely sealed off, and the lockdown had yet to be lifted even now.

During this time, quite a few nearby civilizations sent diplomatic notes demanding that the Crete Empire lift the blockade and release the trade fleets of various civilizations that had been detained without cause.

However, Charlie gave no response to any of those notes, treating them as though he had never seen them.

At last, the sixteen civilizations whose trade fleets had been detained jointly issued an ultimatum: either lift the blockade and release the detained fleets, or go to war.

Perhaps in a one-on-one confrontation, none of them would have wanted to make such a big move and become the one to stick their neck out.

But when sixteen civilizations joined forces, things were different. Even if each civilization contributed only ten percent of its fleet to form the allied force, they could still gain an absolute military advantage over the Crete Empire, without having to worry about leaving their own territories undefended.
