If Nirkenia had only Galon and not the Zilun Empire, a Tenth Order Civilization,
then Lin Fan would never have considered cooperating with Latis. He would have simply attacked directly.
With Doomsday Bombs in hand, Lin Fan had the confidence that even if he encountered an individual from a Tenth-order Biological Civilization, he could defeat or even kill it.
But with the Zilun Empire, a Tenth Order Civilization, involved, the situation was different.
Doomsday Bombs were immensely powerful—powerful enough to pose a sufficiently great threat even against a Tenth Order Civilization or a Tenth-order Biological Civilization.
However, there was a problem here as well.
That was, the manufacturing of Doomsday Bombs was far too complicated. No, rather, the extraction of Knox Particles was simply too difficult, resulting in a low output of Doomsday Bombs.
At the Federation's current production rate, it could produce only five galaxy-scale Doomsday Bombs per year.
Perhaps one would be enough to deal with Galon, but it was clearly not enough to deal with an entire civilization cluster that was at least Eighth Order and even contained a Tenth Order Civilization.
One had to know just how vast the territory of an advanced civilization was. Even in a place like Nirkenia, where many civilizations coexisted, the Zilun Empire alone possessed the territory of five galaxy clusters.
And all the Doomsday Bombs currently possessed by the Federation combined would probably only be enough to completely blast apart one of those galaxy clusters.
Fine, even if they used some tactics to gather all of the enemy's fleets together and wipe them out in one strike, what about the other Eighth Order and Ninth Order Civilizations?
The fleets of those Eighth and Ninth Order Civilizations alone would be enough to give the Federation a serious headache. One misstep could
