When he accessed the top-secret encrypted file, the higher-ups must have received notice that the file had been accessed as well. Although Jiang Song lacked the authority to see anything, there would still be a record of the access. "Yes. Something happened at the bureau. That Dong Xuebin forcibly broke into the compound and beat up our people, so I checked his file."
