Ch. 193Three Hundred God's Skill Users

Lu Yuan brought the Shali Clan under his protection, traded supplies for their stored food, and prepared to lead them to Sky City as the eighteenth branch of Human Civilization. As the villagers made plans to leave, Shamo and Sa Diao looked forward to learning, while Sha Kaner began teaching local craftsmen about firearms and explosives.

  • Lu Yuan returned with the thirty-meter-tall Life Tree and asked the villagers whether they would follow him to Sky City; Sha Sanli and the others pledged the Shali Clan's allegiance.
  • Lu Yuan used the Life Tree to grow rice, then offered supplies and extraordinary foods in exchange for the rich households' stored food.
  • Lu Yuan secured food for the villagers, distributed three days of rations, and announced that they would depart for Sky City the next day.
  • Shamo spoke with Sa Diao about learning inscriptions and crafts before joining humanity, and the two expressed hope for their future.
  • Sha Kaner gathered craftsmen, including two God's Skill Artisan Talent users, and showed them how to dismantle a rifle while urging them to develop firearms and explosives.

Ch. 194Old Friends Reunite

Lu Yuan reunited with old friends at the Supreme Artisan Competition before leading Green Field City’s artisans into a preliminary round centered on reviving an insect corpse. As the contestants struggled with the task, Li Chunhong sought Lu Yuan’s advice, but Lu Yuan explained that the necessary technique could not be learned in a day.

  • Ancient Insect arrived at New Century Fortress and addressed the gathered civilizations, while Old Cat told Lu Yuan how Ancient Insect had nearly fallen for a scam.
  • Lu Yuan reunited with Taduo and Governor Lyon of the Lize Civilization, then greeted Lu Lun, the Underground Alliance leaders, and artisans from the Northern Alliance.
  • Lu Yuan discussed the alliances’ prospects with his old friends before the Supreme Artisan Competition’s preliminary round began.
  • Gui Wu announced that contestants had to revive an insect corpse using only ordinary Extraordinary Materials, and Lu Yuan recognized the specimen as a Valley Locust.
  • Lu Yuan left Green Field City’s artisans to work on the task, and Li Chunhong asked him how the Human Alliance’s artisans could solve it.
  • Lu Yuan said he would grant the insect fortune if he were doing the task, but warned that Li Chunhong’s artisans could not copy the method without understanding it.

Ch. 195Buzhou Gathering

Lu Yuan led humanity’s delegation to the Buzhou Gathering, where they challenged an Ancient Race guard who tried to bar their way. The Ancient Insect intervened, escorted the humans and six Demons inside, and the Demons began debating whether to follow Jade’s opposition to blood sacrifices.

  • After the military exercises ended, Lu Yuan accepted Old Cat’s advice not to contact other civilizations, while the Ancient Race continued inviting civilizations to the Buzhou Gathering.
  • Lu Yuan brought humanity’s armed delegation to the Heavenly Pillar and argued that the gathering could not claim equality while demanding Blood Bricks and silencing opposition.
  • When members of the Blood Gluttony Race threatened the humans, Lu Ying advanced with a Giant God Soldier and suppressed them with its Iron field.
  • The Ancient Insect appeared, kicked a Blood Gluttony member away, and forced the Abyss Edge Clan guard to welcome the humans and let them pass.
  • The Ancient Insect entered with six Demons, prompting other civilizations to suspect that Jade commanded a powerful hidden network.
  • Spirit Demon urged the Demons to follow Jade against blood sacrifices, and he recalled that he had finally encountered the Jade his friend Solomon had told him about.

Ch. 196The Long-Awaited Sky City—We've Arrived!

After nearly three years of crossing the desert, Lu Yuan followed a herd of camels to an oasis and the long-sought Sky City. He began exploring its ruins, but the camels soon left the water source, prompting Old Cat to suggest taming Palu.

  • Lu Yuan used Explorer's Eye to spot camels, found their packs held food and water, and fed them salty rations until their leader guided the group toward water.
  • After eight days of travel, Lu Yuan and his companions reached Sky City, discovered its oasis, and awakened Undying Giant Turtle.
  • Lu Yuan spotted a crocodile-like creature in the lake and chose not to rush into the scarce water.
  • Lu Yuan followed the camels through the ruins, salvaged a gold-plated music box and other objects, and found books for translation.
  • The camels drank from a small puddle and headed back into the desert, leading Old Cat to propose taming Palu.

Ch. 197Lu Yuan's Gift

Lu Yuan gave a televised interview about Pangu Continent’s alliances and presented gifts to the Human Alliance, then began Green Field City’s diplomatic visit to Yunhai City. As the delegation explored its human homeland and met the Haji Civilization, Lu Yuan considered bringing the Cat People into the Northern Frontier.

  • Lu Yuan explained how trade, early familiarity, and shared enemies had helped civilizations form alliances, and urged humans to engage with Pangu Continent rather than develop in isolation.
  • Lu Yuan gave Yunhai City one million sets of valuable wool underwear, then asked Old Cat to send gifts to the other Human Cities as well.
  • Lu Yuan and the delegation toured Yunhai City, compared its lively customs with Green Field City, and visited historical landmarks and a museum.
  • Lu Yuan met Taige, leader of the Haji Civilization, and learned that the Cat People had close ties with humanity and seemed eager to please Green Field City.
  • Lu Yuan listened to exchanges between the visiting civilizations and considered bringing the Haji Civilization into the Northern Frontier.

Ch. 19847 Years Later

Lu Yuan organized the Insectoid Legion’s growth and helped Human 18 Civilization begin a long period of development. Forty-seven years later, Yunhai City debated abolishing the Safe Zone, weighing the benefits of its citizens’ Extraordinary Tinder against the limits of their resources.

  • Lu Yuan left Ancient Insect’s domain with a temple plan, dominated more than a thousand Insect Eggs, and began planning the Insectoid Legion’s production and population growth.
  • Lu Yuan announced an ambitious development plan for the insectoids, and Human 18 Civilization and the Insectoid Legion entered a period of rapid development.
  • Over the following decades, Green Field City expanded its alliance, established the Little Grotto-heaven, grew its insectoid population, developed Harvest Blessing, and built an industrial foundation.
  • Forty-seven years later, Li Chunhong chaired a Yunhai City meeting about abolishing the Safe Zone as experts reported that Extraordinary Tinder had improved public health, while scarce resources limited further advancement.

Ch. 199Fourth Match, Officially Begins

Lu Yuan planned to turn Green Field City into a stable rear base while eventually exploring the Northern Frontier’s ruins, then prepared for the Fourth Match by taking on the dwarves’ challenge. As the match began, he found a trace of history in one of the materials the dwarves had brought, setting the stage for his attempt to create a Field.

  • Lu Yuan outlined plans to develop the Northern Frontier as a base, open temples for purchase, and explore its ruins after his current work was finished.
  • Lu Yuan agreed to travel with Seashell and Old Wolf, then returned to work with his companions as a month passed.
  • The Fourth Match began, and humanity displayed advertisements for its floating cities and production equipment to the gathered civilizations.
  • The Dwarf Clan arrived with the Giant God Soldier Immortal King and a large supply of materials, asking Lu Yuan to assess the construct and potentially repair or elevate it.
  • Lu Yuan inspected the dwarves’ materials and, after hours of careful observation, detected a subtle historical trace in one piece of wood.

Ch. 200Future Mirror, Complete!

Lu Yuan and the human artisans completed the Future Mirror, a Mythical Industrialization creation that harnessed civilization’s Historical Tide Energy to elevate destiny. As Lu Yuan entered the mirror and began its consecration, the Opium Poppy Tree carved into it came alive, while the Buzhou Alliance awaited the result of the contest against spirit-core robots.

  • Old Cat showed that spirit-core robots could engrave Sturdy Glyphs with the output of 1,600 beginner apprentices, alarming the Buzhou Alliance’s leaders and judging panel.
  • Lu Yuan and the artisans completed the seventy-two-meter Future Mirror, which intercepted Historical Tide Energy and could potentially increase Green Field City’s naturally occurring God’s Skills.
  • Lu Yuan touched the mirror with the Blood Brick and entered its space to perform the final consecration, using 0.22 units of Profound Yellow Qi and chanting over the Human Eighteen Civilizations’ fortune.
  • The assembled civilizations watched as the mirror burst into light and the Opium Poppy Tree relief carved into its back sprouted living green leaves.

Ch. 201All Humanity Went Mad!

Lu Yuan agreed to deepen trade with Rat Rice Dam Civilization by selling the Donkey Head Mask and accepting its investment in human craftsmen. Over the following months, humanity’s artisans rapidly improved, and Lu Yuan forged an excellent-grade longsword from rare-grade materials.

  • Rat Rice Dam Civilization offered to buy humanity’s equipment at a 10% premium, explaining that its craftsmen were too busy to make trade goods and that many early-era civilizations needed tools.
  • Lu Yuan sold the Donkey Head Mask for 2,000 spiritual essence, requesting legendary weapon materials and low-grade supplies for human craftsmen to practice with.
  • Lu Yuan assigned Lu Tiantian 500 spiritual essence worth of low-grade materials and asked her to organize the human artisans and glyph workers.
  • Humanity’s craftsmen trained with the materials while Ratfolk Artisans shared techniques, and Master Guo, Jin Gongtie, and Guo Weiqiang each made notable advances over several months.
  • After six months of work, Lu Yuan forged an excellent-grade longsword from rare-grade materials and earned two to three hundred spiritual essence.

Ch. 202We're Back, Not a Single Person Missing!

Lu Yuan and the expedition returned safely from the Underground Great Rift with forty-eight Underground Alliance representatives, and Green Field City welcomed them with a ceremony. The visitors began observing the city’s infrastructure, leaving their prospects for learning from humanity open.

  • Lu Yuan wondered whether the enormous, slowly shrinking Great Rift might be the corpse of a demon, then led the expedition to the human outpost.
  • After medical examinations, Lu Yuan and the Underground Alliance representatives flew to Sky City, where they saw the city’s expanded districts and protected Opium Poppy Tree.
  • Government officials, soldiers, and familiar companions welcomed Lu Yuan’s group, and he announced that everyone had returned safely and the mission had succeeded.
  • The Minotaur Chieftain blurted out an offer to join humanity, so Da Dao Gang used the representatives’ electric bracelets to silence the Minotaurs.
  • The Underground Alliance representatives inspected Sky City’s layout and infrastructure and considered what they could learn by observing it.

Ch. 203Not Much, Not Much—Just Killed a Demon, Then Killed a Monster

Lu Yuan reunited with his family through a screen, then met with human officials and researchers to share what he had learned about Pangu Continent’s anomalies. He left them stunned by his account of defeating both a demon and a monster while withholding his resurrection ability.

  • Lu Yuan teased Lu Qingqing, met Old Cat, and joked with her before speaking with his parents about his life and their hopes that he would stay safe.
  • After his family said goodbye, Lu Yuan resolved to grow stronger and return to his homeland by overcoming the demons and monsters.
  • Li Chunhong introduced Lu Yuan to Lu Qingqing, Han Yue, and Li Lan, and Lu Yuan warned them about the dangers of dream exploration.
  • Lu Yuan introduced Old Cat to researchers and officials, then explained how he had defeated the demon and described the monster and half a ghost.
  • The researchers and military representatives fell silent in shock when Lu Yuan revealed that he had already killed another anomaly, the monster.

Ch. 204Ability Core, Manifest!

Lu Yuan awakened the Core of Ability, developed the Greed and Iron Block Fields, and realized the nearby native civilizations could provide Luck. Meanwhile, Ta Gang and the people of Ulan City awoke in Green Field City, uncertain of their situation but relieved to find their Extraordinary Abilities intact.

  • Reporters announced that the Treasure Hunting Team had found frozen intelligent life, and Old Cat confirmed the discovery while urging them not to spread false information.
  • Green Field City's drones found four human cities and two Lizardman cities, whose technology was generally at the steam-age level.
  • Lu Yuan formed the Greed Field, which could locate Extraordinary Ability imprints and copy abilities at the cost of Luck, and developed the combat-oriented Iron Block Field.
  • Lu Yuan tested his new abilities, then realized the native civilizations could supply Luck and hurried toward them, thinking of them as customers and gods.
  • Exploration teams from several races set out toward the ruins near Green Field City, which was becoming the Northern Frontier's future center.
  • Ta Gang and Wu Mu awoke among more than four hundred people in a room in Green Field City, and the survivors confirmed that their Extraordinary Abilities had been returned.

Ch. 205Battle Comrade, Save Me!

Lu Yuan and Old Cat struggled to keep Aberration sealed after its Gray Mist began spreading through the flying saucer, while the battle’s end left the city facing casualties and a new salvage priority. Lu Yuan took control of the spacecraft’s system to help suppress the Guai, and Jin Dongliang ordered the fishmen’s God's Skills preserved as their life signs faded.

  • Lu Yuan summoned Old Cat, who activated the flying saucer’s backup defenses and blasted Aberration into pulp, but the Guai began regenerating as the crystals lost power.
  • Ma Dafeng extracted a damaged fragment of the alien’s soul containing the God's Skill Soul Split, then mutated after using his Sealing ability and was carried to the Mirage Space by Lu Yuan.
  • The Little Mirage Dragon led the others out through spreading Gray Mist, while soldiers reported the Guai Mist disaster and warned headquarters that exposed fish were mutating.
  • Old Cat recognized the spacecraft’s technology and directed Lu Yuan to transfer his soul into a Soul Gem and operate the system’s red light to restrain the Guai.
  • The fishmen invaders in Sky City and at the giant Coral Reef collapsed, ending their resistance, and Jin Dongliang ordered their God's Skills preserved as their life signs faded.

Ch. 206Undefeated, Never Admit Defeat

Lu Yuan established “Undefeated” as his Absolute Ability by redefining it as never admitting defeat and continuing to fight after setbacks, then ordered the Mirror Brain to study how failure could fuel victory. The chapter ended with Lu Ying reviewing worsening conditions in the Western Continent, where allied defenses and cooperation were faltering and the Boundless Realm appeared close to breaking apart.

  • Lu Yuan discussed the flaws in an ability based on winning every battle until Turtle Gu Zi proposed that Undefeated meant rising after defeat and never giving up.
  • Lu Yuan accepted the new interpretation as his Absolute Ability and ordered the Mirror Brain to deduce how failure could nourish victory.
  • Lu Yuan reviewed proposed abilities including Silence, Indestructible, and Doomsday, but chose to focus resources on Undefeated and share the research materials with other civilizations.
  • Allied forces reported poor cooperation, stalled defensive construction, and signs that the Boundless Realm above the Western Continent was weakening.
  • Lu Ying arrived in the Western Continent with Green Field City troops and a Battle Fortress, then saw reports of worsening conditions and unresolved local conflicts.

Ch. 207Greedy Demon God Escapes Danger Again!

Lu Yuan escaped the mirror demon and Gui by using the Extraordinary Tinder to force a nosebleed into his Different Dimension, where he contained the blood before Gui could exploit it. He remained trapped inside the immobile space, injured and weighing ways to escape without being controlled again.

  • The mirror demon controlled Lu Yuan while Gui tried to make him bleed, and their powers left him trapped between body manipulation and blood control.
  • Lu Yuan used the Extraordinary Tinder to restart his heart and provoke a nosebleed, forcing the mirror demon to withdraw into defense.
  • As Gui's blood arrow struck, Lu Yuan activated Different Dimension and blocked it with his hands, then sealed the blood inside resin before it could escape the space.
  • Lu Yuan stitched his wounds, cleaned the blood from Different Dimension, and realized he could not move the space without exhausting his mental energy.
  • Lu Yuan considered canceling Different Dimension before using Space Blink or covering himself with cloth, but feared the mirror would control him again.

Ch. 208The Truth Behind Extinction!

Lu Yuan discovered that the Source Fire Civilization’s underground shelter held only the decayed remains of its hibernating inhabitants, revealing that its attempt to escape the Era Disaster had failed. He found no survivors or explanation for the disaster, but came across a timer carved with a dragon and cheering Source Fire People.

  • Lu Yuan teleported into a shelter filled with empty Orbital Trains, working Puppet Robots, and tens of thousands of Ice Chests.
  • Lu Yuan saw a young winged woman’s photograph on an Ice Chest and found her remains had decayed into a skeleton inside.
  • Lu Yuan and Old Cat realized that the shelter contained the dead of the Source Fire Civilization and that the Mirage Cloud Dragon had been waiting for people who could never awaken.
  • Lu Yuan searched the Ice Chests with Life Tree glasses but found no living creatures, and learned that only about one hundred and fifty thousand people had entered the shelter.
  • Lu Yuan searched for clues about the Era Disaster and found a timer beneath which a dragon and cheering Source Fire People had been carved.

Ch. 209This Battle Is in the Bag!

Lu Yuan and the defenders fought off a massive assault by Human Skin Monsters, using resin smoke to block their mental attacks and retreating into Sky City's sewers. As the battle turned desperate, Lu Yuan unleashed the Insectoid Warriors, while Old Cat warned that the enemy's mastermind remained at large and might be hiding in the Mandala Empire's capital.

  • Lu Yuan ordered the soldiers to retreat into the sewers, protect the Central Shelter, and use resin smoke to counter the monsters' mental attacks as Sky City descended.
  • Lu Yuan and the human soldiers fought the Human Skin Monsters in the smoke-filled tunnels, while Old Cat reported that the Opium Poppy Tree was holding off attackers and warned that the mastermind was not among the monsters.
  • Old Cat reasoned that the anomaly might have escaped from the Safe Zone and suggested searching the Mandala Empire's capital for its main body.
  • When the soldiers were nearly pushed back to the Central Shelter, Lu Yuan closed its Alloy Gate and went to the oil warehouse to rally the Insectoid Warriors.
  • Lu Yuan sent the Insectoid Warriors into the sewers, where they overwhelmed and devoured the Human Skin Monsters, leading Lu Yuan to declare the battle won.

Ch. 210Old Geezers Shocked Again and Again

Lu Yuan questioned the six elderly survivors about past civilizations and learned that the Sixth Era had been the strongest and that Gale Wind consumed soul and vital blood. After revealing humanity’s Blood Ghost inheritance and a Flying Saucer linked to an Aberration Guai, he left the old species shocked again.

  • Lu Yuan read Old Cat’s report that the Eighth Era’s Peak Civilization had fled and that analysts had identified six species in the historical footage with 95% confidence.
  • Lu Yuan visited the six old species, praised their stand against disaster, and learned that Gale Wind burned soul and vital blood and that the Sixth Era had been the strongest era.
  • The large Crystal Person said the Da Lai Empire likely came from the Sixth Era, and Lu Yuan revealed that humanity possessed the sealed Blood Ghost.
  • The six old species panicked at the thought of a Ghost in the Little Grotto-heaven, then warned Lu Yuan to keep it sealed and discussed their suspicions through Mind Link.
  • Lu Yuan showed them photographs of a Quantum Civilization Flying Saucer and said it had carried a severed Aberration Guai limb that caused a deadly disaster, shocking the old species once more.

Ch. 211Opening Up a World

After recording humanity’s achievements, Lu Yuan gained a surge of inspiration and chose to forge a new organ around the theme of ages and years. He began a risky experiment using Time Molting and other rare materials, and ended by naming the organ he hoped to create the Cosmos.

  • Lu Yuan inscribed fifteen Field forging methods on a monument, and the Northern Frontier’s World Will broke through his final creative barrier.
  • Lu Yuan rejected using Guai Myth’s Eyeball and chose Time Molting to match the inspiration he drew from two centuries of history.
  • Seashell transferred her mental energy to Lu Yuan, who studied relativity and reflected on the Safe Zone, the sinkhole, and the costs of time-manipulating abilities.
  • After Sha Kaner’s remarks helped him accept the subjective nature of idealistic laws, Lu Yuan left human territory aboard the Sky Fortress to begin forging in seclusion.
  • Lu Yuan refined 100,000 spiritual essence worth of ore with the Reverse Entropy Element, drank Spring of Eternal Life, and split the Frost Radiance Pearl into improved ice and fire halves.
  • Lu Yuan swallowed the prepared materials and called on Time Molting to help carve a world within his body, naming the new organ the Cosmos.

Ch. 212Aberrant Phenomenon War!

Green Field City sent the Mirage Cloud Dragon, Da Jin, to face the Dwarf Civilization’s enslaved Guai Yin Lin Beast in the battle of aberrant phenomena. Da Jin gained the early advantage with ice, fuel, and fire, but the Yin Lin Beast counterattacked, and the duel continued as both creatures bit into one another.

  • After humanity lost the first round, the Dwarf Clan deployed its enormous Guai Yin Lin Beast for the second duel.
  • Lu Yuan introduced Green Field City’s guardian, the Essence of the Mirage Cloud Dragon, and the spectators’ stands rose away from the battlefield.
  • Once its Servitude Collar released it, the Yin Lin Beast charged Da Jin and attacked his soul with Soul Traction.
  • Da Jin resisted the soul attack, struck the Yin Lin Beast with Ice Control, and ignited fuel on its body with Flame Control.
  • The burning Yin Lin Beast used Moon Step to rush Da Jin, but Da Jin evaded with Mirage Space and bit through part of its shell.
  • The Yin Lin Beast recovered and turned to bite Da Jin’s golden scales.
