White Plum Army Government.

Nominally, the White Plum Army called itself the Frostplate National Liberation Front. They never referred to themselves as the White Plum Army when dealing with outsiders, instead calling themselves White Frostplate and condemning Dai Weilin's regime as the "pseudo-federation," the "true independent state," and the "Northern Wasteland."

In essence, this regime sought to overthrow the world of "three noes, three withouts, and three antis": the world controlled by the dictator Dai Weilin, which was unjust, unequal, unloving, without mothers, rulers, families, or free love, and opposed to society, humanity, and the laws of nature. It hoped to usher in the era of the Second Republic, restore Frostplate's former colonial policies, and establish a nation where women reigned supreme.

Yet in truth, the louder the slogans, the more they concealed the panic in the White Plum Army's heart.

President Evelyn Aidan, ruler of the White Plum Army, reviewed the briefing that had been submitted to her, delight spreading across her face.

"The Northern Wasteland has suffered a large-scale Malefic Calamity assault. The barriers of 108 Forward Cities have been destroyed. Approximately 890,000 people have died, and 10.02 million have been ravaged by Frost and Snow."
