The next day, Noah received the information Frank had gathered.
He now had a general understanding of the Irish Mob's situation.
"Alright, you don't need to worry about what comes next."
After putting away the documents, Noah spoke to Frank.
Frank hesitated upon hearing that.
"Boss, are you going after the Irish Mob?"
Noah nodded.
"Yeah. My parents will be back soon. I can't let them return only to face threats from these people."
Frank frowned deeply.
Noah paid it no mind, silently making calculations in his head.
The Irish Mob held considerable power.
They were spread throughout Hell's Kitchen.
If he truly wiped out every member of the Irish Mob one by one, New York would probably be hit by a massive upheaval.
Fortunately, he did not need to do that. He only needed to deal with their elite members.
The Irish Mob would naturally be completely devoured by the countless hungry wolves that had long been watching them.
And accomplishing that would be simple—he only needed to take out the Irish Mob's headquarters.
Daytime was not suitable for making a move, so Noah planned to go at night.
Night gradually fell.
Before he could set out, a news report caught his attention.
Tony Stark officially announced that Stark Industries would withdraw from the military industry and no longer manufacture weapons.
Seeing the news, Noah's lips curled upward.
Then he called Caroline.
"Hey, baby, remember what I told you?
Starting tomorrow, buy Stark Industries stock in large quantities. I want to become the second-largest shareholder after Tony Stark."
After hanging up, Noah was in an excellent mood.
"Today really is a good day!"
Beaming, Noah drove a black van toward the Irish Mob headquarters with music playing all the way.
Irish Mob Headquarters.
Finn Cooley had been feeling rather irritated lately.
Noah Allen, whom he had originally thought was just a minor nobody, had somehow gotten connected with the military.
He had leapt from a minor nobody to a newly risen noble.
He could certainly kill Noah Allen, but if he did, the Irish Mob would inevitably enter the authorities' sights.
For a mob like theirs, once they entered the government's sights, there was only one outcome: destruction.
Even though he had spent countless sums over the years greasing palms, he could not possibly make any waves under the government's watch.
That was the limitation of being a mobster. Even as one of Hell's Kitchen's most prominent mob bosses, he still did not measure up to a Noah Allen who had only just emerged in the government's eyes.
To those people, the Irish Mob was nothing more than a dog.
"It's too quiet today."
Beside Finn Cooley sat a burly, muscular man.
He was Finn Cooley's most capable subordinate, and the only one qualified to sit beside him.
"Boss, want me to bring you something to have fun with?"
Finn Cooley shook his head.
"Forget it. The people on duty have been arranged, right? Especially the flamethrowers—there can't be any mistakes.
I don't want to stay home and get bitten to death by a bunch of bugs."
The big man laughed confidently.
"Don't worry, Boss. With me here, let alone that kid who only knows how to play with bugs, even if Kingpin were standing here, he wouldn't be able to harm you in the slightest."
The man's words relaxed Finn Cooley somewhat.
This subordinate of his had trained his body to the absolute limit.
Rumor had it that Kingpin was the same.
Even people with special abilities could gain nothing against Kingpin.
Though he had never compared them, he believed his subordinate was no weaker than Kingpin.
At that thought, he could not help but sneer.
That scrawny kid from the last meeting actually dared to claim he was Kingpin.
Did he really think they knew nothing about Kingpin?
They simply could not be bothered to deal with him.
Meanwhile, Noah stopped the car.
He lightly pressed a button on a remote.
The surrounding power lines abruptly cut out, plunging the entire block into darkness.
Only then did Noah get out of the car and open the rear door.
That was the charm of high technology.
Then, a hulking man standing nearly eight feet tall stepped out.
His terrifying height, coupled with his massive build, exuded an overwhelming sense of oppression.
The various heavy weapons strapped to his body pushed that oppressive presence to its peak.
Anyone standing beside him would probably feel fear.
This was the Tyrant created through the system.
Though it was only a prototype, Noah had complete confidence in it.
Just as he was about to send the Tyrant out, someone approached from the distance.
Noah narrowed his eyes, then smiled a moment later.
"Frank, why are you here?"
Frank walked over, his gaze fixed firmly on the Tyrant.
The instincts honed through countless brushes with life and death told him that the giant before him was unimaginably dangerous.
That dreadful sense of danger made every hair on his body stand on end, while constantly urging him to stay away from the thing.
Suppressing the fear in his heart, Frank said, "I know what you're planning. I was worried, but it looks like you've made more than enough preparations."
Warmth filled Noah's heart.
He had not asked Frank to do this, so naturally, he was very happy that Frank had come.
He said, "With the Tyrant here, wiping out the Irish Mob headquarters will be easy.
Still, thank you for coming to help me."
Frank shrugged and said, "I was friends with your parents, and besides, you're my boss. It's only right."
Noah nodded, committing all of it to memory.
"We've already wasted enough time. It's time to move."
Noah did not drag things out.
If this unusual blackout lasted too long, it could very likely draw other people's attention.
Originally, Noah had planned to let the Tyrant charge in and kill every living thing that moved.
But Frank was not at ease.
Though he knew the Tyrant was terrifying, he was more willing to trust his own strength.
Noah agreed with that completely.
Not to mention an Elite-type Tyrant.
Even with this prototype, compared to a mature Mass-produced type, Noah was still more inclined to believe that Frank would win as long as he was prepared.
This man was a true ruthless killer.
Since Frank did not trust the Tyrant's strength, it was fine for him to follow along and take a look.
After all, the Tyrant was only a prototype. Its physical modifications were merely average, and it had not been equipped with all kinds of high-tech weapons.
There might be survivors.
But with Frank there, it was different. He could serve as an extra layer of insurance.
The Tyrant's actions were exceptionally brutal.
Boom!
With a deafening blast, the tightly shut doors were blown open.
Frank frowned.
He had even planned to sneak in.
But looking at the hulking man ahead of him, he sighed.
He should have known it would end like this.
The main gate had been blown open, and the entire building erupted with a piercing alarm.
Finn Cooley, who had already sensed something was wrong, turned pale, his expression twisted with fury.
This was the Irish Mob's headquarters.
He wanted to see who dared to break in!
