Ronan recalled all the information he had gathered since meeting Blood Demon. Setting everything else aside, just the people mentioned in Blood Demon's words... in fact, one alone was enough:

If Earth's Extraordinary Species had to be ranked, no matter how the criteria were restricted, this old gentleman could never fall out of the top five.
By comparison, Blood Demon seemed somewhat lacking in weight.
Of course, Blood Demon was the sort whose words could be trusted, but never completely. If the clock had been turned back five minutes, Ronan would certainly still have been half-convinced and half-doubtful. But Wan Liuhua, whom Blood Demon had privately invited, had appeared, dispelling more than half those doubts.
What remained was merely a trace of uncertainty born from his unfamiliarity with Wan Liuhua herself.
That trace did not matter much. He had not known Wan Liuhua before, but an Extraordinary Species could not be faked. Besides, Blood Demon presumably would not try to fool him with a lie that could be exposed with a single poke. Later, he could just ask Martial Emperor, or even Zhang Yingying.
Since most of what Blood Demon said was true, then this matter he had described, this major event that had clearly gone beyond the scope of personal grudges...
