Ronan found Blood Demon's sudden idea utterly baffling. "Most of the people at the auction are rich tycoons. They have nothing to do with the Inner World. Who would care about this?"
Seeing that Ronan had not rejected the idea outright and was instead considering its target audience, Blood Demon immediately knew there was a chance. He grinned and wagged a finger.
"No, no, no. Quite a few of them belong to the same circle—the Ruling Circle. It's just that they use money and power, while this side uses fists."
Blood Demon spread his fingers, then clenched and released them. "Besides, as long as you can confirm that the cards you make have the same effect as before... Tsk, don't play dumb. I mean that move where you summoned Bull Demon."
"You expect those people to activate and borrow the Extraordinary Power on the cards? With what? Burning money?"
Blood Demon blinked. "So you mean that move really works? Is it one-time use, or can it be used repeatedly?"
"How would I know? The Covenant Lord just gave me good painting materials."
"Quit flattering each other. It's not like This Old Man didn't ask in the middle of all that." Blood Demon clapped his hands. "Whether it's single-use or reusable, and whether it's actually practical for those people, it's still a gimmick. With that trick, wouldn't those feeble old men basically be inviting a Door God into their homes? A living Door God, too. How interesting is that?"
"Generally speaking, Door Gods are dead."
Blood Demon pretended not to hear him and was already eagerly planning the details. "Given the mess that auction is in right now, pulling some strings and adding a temporary segment won't be much trouble. The choice of subject is a little troublesome, though. Little brother,
