Dean Wan thought for a moment. "Let's call it a 'Seismograph' for now."
"Ah?"
"Thanks to you, I made a trip through the 70 Format Laboratory and gained something, more or less."
That was indeed true, but Ronan rarely discussed such information directly with Dean Wan. It had only existed as an unspoken understanding between them. Now that it had suddenly come up, it stirred Ronan's curiosity.
"I've never asked—Dean, did you find the source of the 'Divine Revelation'?"
"No."
Dean Wan had never concealed the fact that his Extraordinary Power and knowledge had come from a "Divine Revelation" he experienced in the Wilderness. All these years, he had tirelessly sought the true source that had created all of it.
Unfortunately, he had failed again this time.
Dean Wan himself remained calm. "Order does not mean smooth sailing. Perhaps this is precisely confirming our current ignorance."
"..."
Sometimes, Dean Wan spoke even more awkwardly than Ronan did. Still, Ronan now had a guess about that "Divine Revelation."
The ramshackle Creation Order Dean Wan had put together shared far too many similarities in its core principles with the Creationism School Ronan had encountered at the Relay Station. Add to that the traces of information projected toward Earth Time-Space by that battered spacecraft beyond Sun Wheel Absolute Prison...
Ronan could not help suspecting that Dean Wan's "Divine Revelation" overlapped considerably with the direction and subjects of research pursued by his own family.
But this speculative information could not be revealed yet.
Even if Dean Wan had probably already noticed something.
Well, that was Tacit Understanding.
Dean Wan then explained the design rationale behind the "Seismograph." "My experience in the laboratory gave me some inspiration and stimulation... You know, while there, one inevitably gets the feeling that the time-space environment we currently inhabit
