He needed to familiarize himself with every person in the Command Sequence of the Forward Committee Third Bureau, distribute questionnaires to them, and arrange appointments for interviews and discussions.
Of course, all of this was being done with Field Officer Fang Shu's permission and under Blue Arrow Doctor's name. Ronan could only be considered an assistant to an assistant.
This was undoubtedly a form of protection.
At least for now, thanks to Field Officer Fang Shu's thorough arrangements, the assignment was proceeding fairly smoothly.
Ronan felt that this assignment suited him quite well, not only because it fell within his area of expertise. There was another reason.

Ronan, however, had a truly blank slate.
But after carrying the roster around and running up and down like a messenger for a round or two, he had established some of the most basic knowledge.
At the very least, if he were asked to sketch the people in the Command Sequence now, he definitely would not feel intimidated.
