Ronan wasn't sure whether An Dongsheng was merely being polite.
Human memory and energy were limited. If it had truly been an ordinary plan, how could An Dongsheng still remember it nearly twenty years later?

Ronan laughed as well. Clearly, this was a bargaining chip An Dongsheng had prepared in advance after contacting Ronan, intending to use it at a crucial stage of the negotiations.
