Both sub-options came with explanations when selected. "Provide materials" essentially meant dragging over two Production Lines like Hong Qiang and Aka Ge had done and feeding them in. It was merely the most basic contribution. Given their abilities, that was all they could do, contributing little by little over the years.
New Wildfire could naturally do better.
