Ronan finally found an opportunity to tell Ouyang Chen about the pollution caused by the Dream God Abomination's power.
Of course, he had to leave out the sensitive term "Dream God Abomination," but he could not downplay it too much either. So he described it as "a suspected dark side species capable of causing mental pollution over a wide area, particularly active in the Mental Ocean's dream circle layer."
"A nightmare?" Ouyang Chen summed it up neatly, though existing concepts still fell somewhat short.
"Uh, a supercharged version?" Ronan instinctively emphasized the danger, but then reconsidered. With something like the Dream God Abomination, even imagining it carried a certain risk of falling victim—at least, that was how it worked in Test Spacetime. Better to stay vague. "Anyway, be careful. I'll take responsibility for dealing with this. If anything comes up, I'll keep you informed."
Ouyang Chen nodded slightly. After a moment's thought, he suddenly asked, "How does this 'mental pollution' compare to 'aberration infection'?"
"Well..."
Ronan felt that was a very good question indeed.
Ever since entering this world, he had encountered several kinds of "pollution" and "infection," but ultimately, only three deserved particular mention: evil poison, Sin Dream Seeds, and aberration.
In that order.
As that ranking indicated, comparing the destructive power of these three kinds of pollution was not difficult. In practical terms, however, within the current Earth Spacetime, there were some differences.
Evil poison needed no further explanation. It was a terrifying, cosmic-level pollutant. Although contained within a limited region of the Han Guang Star System, its powerful capacity to contaminate, infiltrate, and mutate made even deities and great monarchs blanch at its name. It had also trapped the Tian Yuan Empire's last surviving roots. From another perspective, though, without the extreme isolation imposed by the sin-poison
