Ronan wanted to discuss serious business, and serious business required even more preparation.
Mo City was now dealing with a pileup of all kinds of matters, each requiring tremendous effort to clean up afterward.
Ronan was easygoing, so he waited. He accompanied the Justice Cult group to the spire building housing the Mo City branch and passed the time in a Reception Room.
Mo City had two particularly headache-inducing problems.
The first was the toxic zone caused earlier by "Water Tank" and Tu Ge. It stretched from the desert some four hundred kilometers away all the way to the outskirts of Mo City. A considerable portion of it had also been catalyzed by the "Rotten Bone Star" fragment, "Ring Radiance." The difficult part now was containment and control, but compared with the benefits to come, it was really nothing.
The second matter was not so easy to handle.

In truth, Ronan had targeted only the roughly one million people in the Mo City area contaminated by the Nightmare Seed. The rest had merely been there to fill out the scene. A performance had to be carried through to the end, after all; that made it more imposing. But the inverted, chaotic illusion had truly taken effect, and the
