After all, the basic components were needed in such vast quantities that moving them over all at once would be difficult. He had to lay the groundwork first. Then, when the time came, only the "core Magneto-Light" would need to cross over.
Thanks to Wan Kui, and to the True God's rash moves, Ronan had managed to seize parts of the faith-power structures of both the Lost Kingdom and the Black Sun Sect. The struggle over them was still ongoing, but all he needed was a mechanism for mapping the Faith Power of believers on a massive scale. That would supply the missing piece for the Magnetic Light Mica's crucial "leap."
By now, the mica shell had taken shape. It was prone to losing control and had to be operated manually, demanding considerable skill. It also caused such a disturbance in the Abyss Zone that the Reclamation Corps could not miss it, forcing him to contend with the Abyss Zone Monitoring System... But he had crossed the crucial threshold between having nothing and having something.
At this point, the estimated price of the "Transfer Magnetic Light Mica to Outer Earth" listing in the Cloak app had plummeted below the number of Credit Points Ronan held. In other words, if he was willing to part with roughly a thousand Credit Points, he could send the Magnetic Light Mica over whenever he wanted.
But he had not done it yet.
