Inside the flying shuttle, there was a second or two of silence.
Little Fear did not know the exact duration. The reason was simple, as he had said:

But was it really surprising?
Little Fear's earlier judgment that Lady Fire was "Wei Su Yi's fan or friend" had been less a judgment than a hope.
Yes, he should have vaguely made the connection at the time, but his instincts had made him overlook it.
Linking a legendary singer with close ties to the Han Guang Star System, the Sky Abyss Remnant Tribe, and Netherworld Highness—someone who, in a sense, even carried symbolic significance—to a member of an old Evil Cult Organization simply did not fit Little Fear's aesthetics. Well, Ronan's aesthetics, mainly.
So Little Fear sighed again.
"What, is this identity not to your liking?"
Lady Fire—or rather, Wei Su Yi—brushed aside a loose lock of hair from her forehead, revealing that dazzling face more clearly as she looked directly at him. "I thought you would have an epiphany. This obviously cuts out some unnecessary steps."
The smiling, unguarded Wei Su Yi was indeed a feast for the eyes.
Little Fear merely shook his head. "I said it before. Though I am a product of probability, I do not believe in coincidences."
He immediately followed up, "Did you join Pitfall Fire Hell a long time ago?"
Wei Su Yi continued studying him. "Have I overestimated your comprehension? I said that I am merely an external priestess, helping the foolish members of the sect communicate with the beings above...
"Of course, whether the people of Pitfall Fire Hell see it that way is another matter."
Little Fear seemed thoughtful. "Is that so?"
Wei Su Yi leaned a little closer, inspecting him at close range. "How interesting. Your emotions
