Po Ran was unquestionably powerful.
From beyond "Plane Six," he had been able to create a dream from afar using only Ronan's slight "fixation" on Wei Su Yi.
Such a method showed not only a deep understanding of "Illusory Nightmare System Power," but also of the "Ruin and Fall System."
It was also possible that he could already disregard the differences between the "God System" and the various Power Frameworks, freely blurring and crossing "Boundaries."
Ronan, this "Illusory Nightmare System Native God," could not do that yet... nor had he tried.
As for calling this person "sinister," that had to be looked at from two angles.
The first was also the more practical level: he had Ronan take the "Layered Silk" as a tool for subsequently finding the "Veil sample."
But the fundamental reason the command center could not find the "Leak Point" was precisely that the "Veil" was covered by that layer of "Layered Silk."
Once Ronan "peeled away the threads," removing this layer of concealment, the "Leak Point" was bound to be exposed—how exactly would it be exposed?
"Pulling threads" required a process, and no one in the command center was an idiot. When the situation changed drastically, would Ronan be able to extract it in time? Would he draw suspicion?
There were simply too many variables.
Yet restrictive prerequisites such as "limited number of interventions" and "agreed-upon shaking of the Veil" gave Ronan no chance to make calm arrangements.
Once he acted, the originally relatively safe situation would risk collapsing, and the ensuing chain of changes would all plunge Ronan into danger and passivity.
At that point, Po Ran's other "sinister" aspect would most likely come into play.
The "Anchor Point" left by the previous exchange of information in the "Rough Dream" was, just as Po Ran
