When the forces of "demolition" and "pressure" directed by High Priest Yuanhou encircled the entire Corpse-Burying Ground and tried to seize it, Wyatt—once one of the Ultimate Dark Ones—merged with its distorted Underlying Network, the remains of nearly a hundred Dead Awakened Ones within it, and the "zombie giant" lying in the River of Time.
Then he truly touched the boundary between himself and the faith system of the Lord of the Ultimate Dark. It was also the furthest his Self could reach as it separated, pushed against, and resisted the teeming world beyond.
Once that distance became clear, Great Monarch Wyatt came to know himself anew.
He was like an Ancient God emerging from the Primitive Universe, unified and stripped from countless warring, devouring "personalities" into an almost complete, true Self.
What was inside? What was outside?
What was him? What was someone else?
Even the boundaries and meanings of "life" and "death," of "right" and "wrong," began to take shape.
At that moment, his seemingly newborn Self became the origin point. His senses radiated in every direction, through past and future alike. They seemed to cross a vast distance, yet instantly touched the "boundary" formed at the furthest limit.
Over his long life as a Great Monarch, Wyatt had felt something similar before. But never had he measured the universe so purely through the existence of his Self.
