Raven's perception was ultimately extraordinary. Halfway through, she suddenly stopped before an exceedingly vague boundary, hesitating.
If she went any farther in, it would probably have some undesirable effects.
Yet the summons from within was very clear. Raven hesitated for a second, then finally stepped into the area ahead.
With Raven's movement, fine ripples gently spread outward, forming wondrous void undulations. Transverse and longitudinal waves rose and fell in alternating density, echoing back and forth. They wiped away the surface colors of the Smoke Mist, and the originally rather simple scene where reality and illusion blended together suddenly gained many hazy outlines and colors, like an unsuccessful projection layered and interwoven upon itself.
Raven also saw relatively distinct structures within—mountains, rivers, buildings, even more intricate vehicles—suddenly collapse, then reconfigure under the push of some continuous yet chaotic force.
They were already noticeably different from the earlier scenery.
Thus, Raven knew that Ronan must have gained some new ideas and insights in constructing his own "Sandwich Domain." Yet judging from this part of the scene, the results remained rather fragile. The boundary between reality and illusion had not been properly sorted out, it was highly sensitive to external stimuli, and its internal structure was insufficiently clear and lacked stability.
As its sole designer, Ronan apparently was not yet prepared.
In fact, after Raven entered this area, Ronan's "gaze" had been fixed on her, attempting to analyze her deeper nature so this area could better accommodate her existence.
Raven was more than willing to cooperate, but The Other Side's abilities truly were insufficient to complete all that in a short time. After several adjustments, Ronan gave up. Raven also took the initiative to restrain her aura and adjust her state, making herself closer to emptiness so as to avoid causing greater disturbance
