In a spacious office,
Xing Lingmin sat on an old-fashioned wooden chair, sorting through the information she had collected.
Today, however, she kept feeling unsettled, with a faint sense that she was not safe.
She began thinking about where that feeling came from.
"Who at headquarters has been watching me lately? Have I exposed my special ability?"
Her special ability had two applications. One was offensive: she could unleash a mental shock that briefly stunned her opponent. The higher her tier, the stronger the shock. It was particularly effective against brainless creatures like zombies, and could even affect those above her tier!
This ability had repeatedly earned her merit in the search teams, making it convenient both to evade zombies and to capture people. Combined with some of her other methods, it had quickly elevated her to search team captain. Everyone only knew that she had a mental attack ability.
But no one knew that the primary function of her ability was-Mind Control Technique!
She could toy with other people's minds,
alter their memories, and implant obsessions.
The person did not obey Xing Lingmin like a puppet. Instead, she used an additional memory and a certain emotional obsession to get him to do things. Those around him would not notice anything different; they simply did not know that his mind had changed somewhat from before.
Many people in this base had "slept with" Xing Lingmin, but no one had actually slept with her.
Xing Lingmin merely made others believe they had slept with her.
Xing Lingmin only used this ability when carrying out her covert activities.
Moreover, anyone who had witnessed this ability had either been killed or had their memories altered by her, leaving them with no recollection
