The Hell joke about having no eyes was a little cold, but Broly soon agreed to the deal Fels had proposed.

Just as Fels was about to get straight to work researching Resurrection Magic, Broly's stomach growled.
"I haven't had dinner yet. Let's start tomorrow."
Fels could only nod in helpless agreement.
Broly left the Guild. While he was hurrying toward the Tavern of the Bountiful Mistress, Lyu, in the tavern's back kitchen, told Little Giant Miya, who was stir-frying vegetables, that she was preparing to resign.
"What? Have you gotten tired of working as a waitress here?"
Mia asked without even turning around.
"That isn't it. There's simply something I have to do, and it requires a great deal of money."
Lyu lowered her head. When she had been at her lowest point, Mama Miya's Tavern of the Bountiful Mistress had taken her in. Now, choosing to resign and leave felt to Lyu like betraying the benefactor who had once given her shelter.
"Fine. I approve."
Yet Little Giant Miya said only that.
"Ah, you're not blaming me?"
"What is there to blame? You need a great deal of money to do something you must do, and I can't pay a waitress that kind of wage here.
There's nothing wrong with people striving upward. So long as you don't take the crooked path, so long as the path you choose won't make you regret it later, then that's more than enough reason to resign.

"Thank you, Mama Miya."
"Even if you've resigned, don't forget that you came from the Tavern of the Bountiful Mistress. If you run into any trouble out
