Chapter Summaries

After the Covenant, Broly spent his days with Fanlou, Kuroni, and the Flügel, who repeatedly challenged him while he prepared to leave their world. He said goodbye and returned to Vampa, where Paragus admitted he had been worrying about being beaten; Broly promptly beat him and put his mind at ease.

• Broly played chess with Fanlou, then joined Jibril and the Flügel for another attempt to subdue him, which ended with Jibril landing a point-blank Heavenly Strike.
• Fanlou, Kuroni, and the Flügel relaxed with Broly in a hot spring, where he created food for them and discussed his departure with Fanlou.
• Fanlou revealed that the Star Cup could not see exactly when Broly would leave, and Broly confirmed that he would depart in thirteen days and return at an unknown time.
• The Flügel continued challenging Broly until his departure, while he learned how to massage their wings; Kuroni finished with the highest Happiness Value, followed by Jibril and Sink Nirvalen.
• Broly said goodbye to Fanlou and the others, then returned to Vampa and reassured Paragus by beating him after Paragus confessed he worried about being beaten.

• Broly told Paragus that he had defeated Artosh, and Paragus warned him not to let powerful enemies grow stronger during a fight.
• Broly asked whether Saiyans could have multiple Wives, and Paragus said there was no limit before approving Broly’s plan to save Happiness Points for more Space-Time Energy slots.
• While Broly did Mobile Charging, Aqua initiated Cross-World Communication and complained that Sink Nirvalen had challenged her claim to be Broly’s most beloved Master Lord.
• Broly checked the Cross-World Chat Group and saw that Aqua and Sink Nirvalen had argued over their intimacy with him, shocking the other Wives.
• Aqua asked Broly whether Sink Nirvalen had used Zero-Distance Contact with him, and Broly confirmed that she had fed him fruit by mouth.
• Aqua urged Broly to protect himself from other women, then ended the costly call; Broly closed the Chat Room and resumed Mobile Charging.

After leaving Vampa, Broly arrived in the human world and cured Kari Yagami's fever before a light from the Digital World transported him away. He appeared in the Digital World, where Meowmon asked if he was the person she had been waiting for, and Broly said yes.

• Broly left Vampa as the Ba Ya Beasts and Vampa Spiders underwent changes after a heavy rain.
• Broly arrived at Taichi Yagami's house, where Kari Yagami woke with a fever and asked him for water.
• Broly used Life Energy to cure Kari Yagami, then heated water and asked whether there was food in the refrigerator.
• Broly picked up a glowing object on the balcony and was pulled toward the Digital World as a stream of data.
• Meowmon saw Broly arrive in the Digital World and asked if he was the person she had been waiting for.
• Broly nodded and told Meowmon he was the person she had been waiting for.

Broly met Meowmon in Shaba Continent and followed it to find food, where they encountered the dangerous Champion Digimon Kuwagamon. Broly defeated and roasted Kuwagamon, and after sharing its data-filled arm with him, Meowmon evolved into Salamon.

• Meowmon introduced itself to Broly, gave him the nickname Roli, and led him to a Fruit Tree Forest for food.
• Meowmon hid Broly from Kuwagamon, then drew the Champion Digimon away when it returned to attack them.
• Broly followed Meowmon, stopped Kuwagamon's charge, knocked it unconscious, and roasted it over a fire.
• Broly and Meowmon ate Kuwagamon's arm, and Meowmon evolved into the Rookie Digimon Salamon.
• Broly and Salamon finished eating, and Salamon fell asleep on Broly's lap while he massaged her belly.

Broly and Salamon set out to find and eat Digimon who bullied weaker ones, and Broly captured a group of Mushroomon to make soup. After purifying the poisonous soup, they tried it, but Salamon’s claws became coated in Mushroomon’s paralyzing toxin.

• Salamon covered Broly with his Ba Ya Beast Suit, gathered fruit for breakfast, and began calling him Abu.
• Broly agreed to avoid eating good Digimon, so Salamon led him to Mushroomon who had stolen her food and bullied weaker Digimon.
• Broly defeated the Mushroomon, captured them alive, and cooked them into soup after learning that dead Digimon turned into Data Stream.
• Broly purified the poisonous Mushroomon soup and tasted it, then gave Salamon a serving.
• After tasting the soup, Salamon discovered that her claws were coated in a faint layer of Mushroomon’s Paralyzing Toxin.

Broly left the Fruit Tree Forest to search for prey, while Salamon stayed behind to pick fruit. A group of Digimon sneaked into the forest, mistook Broly for a feared predator, and panicked when he returned with an unconscious DarkTyrannomon; Broly ended by reassuring Wormmon that he did not eat bugs, at least for now.

• Broly explained that dead Digimon were reborn as Digi-Eggs with their memories erased, then teased Salamon and quickly raised its Happiness Value again by comforting it.
• Broly left Salamon in the Fruit Tree Forest and flew off to search for prey, while a group led by Floramon secretly entered to gather fruit.
• Floramon covered the group with Stealth Pollen, and Salamon joined them in picking fruit without realizing they feared Gluttony Beast King and Dobermon.
• Floramon and the others tried to leave with their fruit, but Salamon stayed behind and revealed that it was Dobermon, Gluttony Beast King's Champion-stage lackey.

Broly learned that rumors had branded him the Gluttony Beast King, then won over a group of hungry Digimon by sharing roasted DarkTyrannomon. With Wormmon and Biyomon offering information about local threats, Broly hunted Kunemon and Ikkakumon, leaving Salamon and the others fed and eager to follow him.

• Broly asked Wormmon, Palmon, and Floramon why Digimon called him the Gluttony Beast King, and Floramon explained that rumors had spread after he hunted and ate powerful Digimon.
• Salamon defended Broly and revealed that Floramon, Palmon, and Wormmon had secretly gathered fruit in his territory, but Broly thanked them and shared roasted DarkTyrannomon with the group.
• After eating, several Digimon pledged to follow Broly, and Biyomon and Wormmon told him about bad Digimon, including Kunemon and the water-extorting Ikkakumon.

• Floramon asked Broly how he would manage the Forest Lake, and Broly made its water free to use as long as Digimon did not waste or pollute it.
• Floramon and Biyomon allowed Tentomon and the Mochimon to draw water, then offered to help them deal with the Evil Frigimon that had driven them from their village.
• Floramon, Biyomon, Palmon, and Wormmon organized their tribes around Broly’s resource rules, and Broly became the dense forest’s uncrowned king as Digimon sought his rulings on disputes.

Salamon and Togemon went to save the Scumon and Numemon village from Kokatorimon, who was forcing its residents to join Etemon's crew. Salamon wounded Kokatorimon, but he escaped aboard his ship, and the village’s residents survived.

• Chuumon told Salamon and Togemon that Kokatorimon was attacking the Scumon and Numemon village to recruit sailors for King Etemon.
• Togemon questioned whether the village was worth defending, but Salamon decided that the attack also challenged Abu and her.
• Kokatorimon petrified several Scumon and overpowered a Numemon who tried to resist until Salamon arrived with Togemon.
• Salamon and Togemon fought Kokatorimon, and Salamon pierced his feathers and wounded him.
• Kokatorimon escaped aboard the Desert Cruise Ship, while the Numemon and Scumon survived; Salamon returned with Togemon after receiving their thanks.

Broly encouraged Salamon to trust its own ability to protect others as they made rice cakes for the Dense Forest Digimon. Meanwhile, Etemon began gathering his forces after Kokatorimon reported the Gluttony Beast King, and Piximon set out to investigate a possible connection to the missing Eighth DigiDestined Child.

• Broly praised Salamon for defeating Kokatorimon, then reassured it that they shared responsibility and promised to let it handle challenges it could face alone.
• Broly and Salamon continued making rice cakes, which the Digimon of the Dense Forest received over the next few days.
• Kokatorimon exaggerated its defeat while reporting the Gluttony Beast King to King Etemon, who ordered his forces gathered after his traveling concert.

• Myotismon ordered DemiDevimon to investigate Etemon’s troop movements and told Dokugumon to prepare their forces for battle.
• Datamon contacted Broly and Salamon, revealed its identity and grudge against Etemon, and asked them to stop the attack; Salamon agreed to defend the Dense Forest.
• Piximon learned that Etemon was targeting the Dense Forest and followed his army to its edge.
• Etemon demanded that the Dense Forest submit and join his ranks, but Salamon refused, so Etemon ordered his troops to attack.
• Salamon directed the defenders through prepared traps, and the Dense Forest Digimon defeated invading Champions and drove a group of Gazimon into retreat.

Salamon evolved into BlackGatomon to protect her companions and devastated Etemon's forces, but Etemon defeated her after she challenged him. As Etemon prepared to finish her off, BlackGatomon called for Abu to help her use her final Finishing Move.

• Salamon's companions shielded her from Etemon's Dark Necro Spheres, and her Holy Ring collar cracked as she desperately wished for power to protect them.

• Piximon discovered that BlackGatomon’s Holy Ring remained on her tail and was sealing conflicting Light and Dark Data; he warned Broly not to remove it without considering how it could change her personality.
• Piximon used his Fairy Power to seal BlackGatomon’s Dark Data inside the damaged Holy Ring, and BlackGatomon chose to try to return to the light with Broly’s support.

• Piximon said he could obtain completed Digivices and Crest Loaders from Homesostasis, while Datamon began calibrating the equipment.

Broly entered BlackGatomon's dream and stopped the Dark Data from driving her to sacrifice her subordinates. BlackGatomon evolved into LadyDevimon, defeated the Etemon in the dream, and awoke beside Broly in the Digital World.

• In a dream shaped by her memories, BlackGatomon resisted the Black Data Mass's attempts to make her kill her subordinates and absorb their data.
• Broly used Dream Manipulation to enter the dream and offered BlackGatomon the Black Data Mass as a target instead.
• BlackGatomon swallowed the Black Data Mass and evolved into LadyDevimon, who destroyed the Etemon controlled by Dark Data.
• LadyDevimon told Broly that Dark Data had tampered with her memories, and he reassured her that he accepted her new form.
• LadyDevimon left the dream hand in hand with Broly and awoke beside him on the Transfer Platform after eight hours.
