Xia Qing sat at the lectern, pen in hand, and began carefully reviewing Luo Yao's test paper from the beginning.

First came the multiple-choice questions.

This one was correct.

The next one was correct too.

Xia Qing's red pen kept marking checkmarks all the way down. It was only when she reached the written-response section that she realized Luo Yao had gotten every multiple-choice and true-or-false question right.

Luo Yao... had an exceptionally solid grasp of the fundamentals of Integrated Circuit EDA Technology.

What was going on? Had Luo Yao taught himself?

But if Integrated Circuit EDA Technology were really that easy to learn on one's own, there would be no need for her to teach the course.

Unable to figure it out, Xia Qing could only keep reading.

For the later written-response questions, Xia Qing had to work through the calculations and draw circuit diagrams herself to verify them. Half an hour later, she finally finished checking the four major problems at the end.

Comparing her answers with Luo Yao's, she found that although his methods were a little roundabout, every answer was indeed correct.

"Note that here, we need to use Vivado HLS to generate a KNN IP Core."

"Then, create a top-level module in Vivado and integrate the audio acquisition module, MFCC feature extraction module, and KNN classifier module into a single module. That way, we can ensure the inputs and outputs of the modules are connected correctly."

"Did you understand all that?"

Luo Yao nodded, and Xia Qing continued.
