• Tang San rescued Xiao Wu from Yan and Hu Liena, revealed his identity, and fled with her through the encirclement.
• Xiao Wu directed Tang San east toward Anle City, and the pair killed pursuing Agility Attack Type Soul Masters with their coordinated skills.

• Yan ordered Soul Saints to attack, but Di Tian killed one with a single blow and warned that the assault could be treated as a declaration of war on Anle City.
• Yue Guan and Ghost Charm arrived, attacked Di Tian, and were swiftly defeated; Yue Guan was then knocked unconscious by Snow Empress, whom he had chosen to face.
• Di Tian assigned Tang San and Xiao Wu to punch Xie Yue and Hu Liena while he dealt with Yan, and Xiong Jun and the others killed the rest of Spirit Hall’s group.

After Di Tian and the other Soul Beasts rescued Tang San, Xiao Wu, and their companions, they returned to Anle City, where Tang San and Xiao Wu saw humans and Soul Beasts living together. They met Xuan Hu, who showed them around and explained how he had come to the city after losing his mate.

• Ghost Charm took the injured Yue Guan and unconscious Yan away after Di Tian allowed them to leave, while Yan fainted again after realizing his nightmare had been real.
• Tang San and Xiao Wu thanked Di Tian and the others for saving them, and Xiao Wu learned that they were Soul Beasts who had taken human form or belonged to special races.

Tang San and Xiao Wu searched Anle City for Ye Han, but Xiao Wu accidentally caused an explosion at the Potion Guild. As Ye Han repeatedly chased after them across the city, the group kept moving ahead, leaving him to race toward the Barracks.

• Xuan Hu guided Tang San and Xiao Wu through Anle City, and they found Honjou Kaede at the Potion Guild.
• Xiao Wu touched an experimental potion, causing an explosion that Honjou Kaede mostly blocked before taking the group to her house.
