Faldeus Dioland
A Magus affiliated with a United States national agency. He had once infiltrated the Clock Tower, using the opportunity to learn a great deal of magecraft.
The Holy Grail War in Snowfield City had only been possible largely because his family had altered the city's ley lines, along with the fragments of the Fuyuki Holy Grail he had stolen through [someone].
In Snowfield City's Holy Grail War, if Orlando Reeve, as chief of the police department, was the policeman maintaining order, then Faldeus was the covert agent and assassin operating in the shadows.
Before Orlando could ask what the other man wanted, Faldeus spoke first. "You've seen the information on that Master, I trust."
"Yeah, he's quite a reckless one." Orlando rubbed his throbbing temples, his tone heavy. "Still, the Servant he summoned, who seems to be a true god, as well as the magical energy reserves capable of supporting a Servant of that level in all-out combat... those really do give him the capital to be reckless."
"Servants are strength. Masters are weaknesses." Faldeus's voice was calm, carrying an unquestionable resolve. "No matter how powerful a Servant may be, if the Master is dealt with first, then whether they are demigods from myth, great heroes, or true gods, they can only watch helplessly as their Saint Graphs collapse and they are forced from the field."
Orlando's heart jolted at those words, and a bold thought surfaced. "Could it be... you successfully summoned an Assassin?"
"Although I hadn't really wanted to reveal my trump card to you, the situation has become utterly terrible." Faldeus gave a faint, self-mocking laugh. "So terrible that I've already had someone go buy me stomach medicine. So let's work together for now."
"How?" Orlando asked.
"The Assassin I summoned possesses EX-ranked Presence Concealment."
