Cangcheng Xianzhou is currently short a few instructors for its eight-hundred-thousand Imperial Guards—security team captains, that is. If you, Hippolyta, can help train the Sarkaz the way you train Amazons, I'll take you along."
Although Cangcheng Xianzhou currently had Jingliu, a teacher who was both stronger and better at instruction, Qianyi had no intention of having Jingliu teach the Sarkaz how to fight.
Because Jingliu's teaching methods were scary as hell.
Her so-called teaching method consisted of giving students a sword and having them either trade blows with their teacher or get tossed onto a battlefield to trade blows with monsters. Once they had cut down enough for the teacher's satisfaction, they had graduated.
With Jingliu's teaching style, if she were given a hundred Sarkaz, some would probably be missing arms and legs after half a day. After two days, there probably wouldn't even be two left out of the hundred.
By comparison, having someone like Hippolyta teach them—someone who was a queen, a warrior, and had commanded armies—was far more suitable.
