• Lu Jun befriended Yue Zhengyu, joined Wu Zhangkong’s class, and refused challenges so he could focus on forging and cultivation.

Lu Jun emerged from half a year of Deep Meditation with stronger Sword Intent and Spiritual Power, then uncovered a Tang Sect plot and retaliated against its agent. The arc ended with a dormitory misunderstanding over Yue Zhengyu bringing comic trouble for Lu Jun and his classmates.

• Leng Yulai recovered in Maple Leaf City and told Leng Yaozhu that a person resembling Lu Jun had saved her, while Leng Yaozhu concealed Lu Jun’s involvement.
• After half a year guarding Lu Jun through Deep Meditation, Leng Yulai caught him when he collapsed, and he later woke with greatly advanced Sword Intent and Spiritual Power.
• Lu Jun absorbed the Octagonal Mysterious Ice Grass, reached Level 41, and returned to the academy, where he defeated three Soul Ancestors who attacked him over a Tang Sect prophecy.
• Lu Jun read the attackers’ memories, found the Tang Sect’s hidden Mingdu branch, and confronted Gray Harrier, who had persuaded them to attack.
• Lu Jun used hidden Frost Brands and four Ice Golems to defeat Gray Harrier, then learned from his memories about the Tang Sect’s capture mission and Sea God Token.
• Leng Yulai decided to stop investigating Lu Jun, while he focused on cultivation and agreed to help Yue Zhengyu enter the Spirit Ascension Platform during the Riot Period.

Lu Jun raided a Tang Sect branch with the Ice Abyss Sword, destroyed it after Tang San’s projection failed to seize the weapon, then led his friends into the Spirit Ascension Platform Riot Period. There he trained the group through battles before Tang Sect and Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan forces ambushed them, leaving Lu Jun wounded and surrounded.

• Yue Zhengyu invited Xie Xie and Long Chen to join his Spirit Ascension Platform team, and Lu Jun agreed to lead them with Gu Yue Na, Xu Xiaoyan, and Tang Wulin.
• Di Tian told Di Yue that Gu Yue Na had made human friends and gave her a romance novel to deliver, while Lu Jun planned a midnight raid on the Tang Sect branch in Mingdu.
• Lu Jun infiltrated the branch and froze its defenders, then defeated Li Zhanshan’s attacks before Li Zhanshan used a Sea God Token to trap him.
• Tang San appeared and tried to take the Ice Abyss Sword, but the Divine Artifact devoured his energy and vanished his projection, after which Lu Jun froze the remaining Tang Sect disciples and destroyed the branch’s records.
• Lu Jun entered the Intermediate Spirit Ascension Platform with his companions and led them through battles against Spirit Beasts, building their coordination and defeating a group of Soul King and Soul Ancestor intruders.
• Tang Lie and six Tang Sect Soul Kings ambushed Lu Jun’s team, while Yu Xinglie and Yu Xinghen led the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan into the platform to avenge Yu Tianxuan.
• Lu Jun drew the enemy Soul Emperors and Soul Kings away from his friends, but Yu Xinglie, Yu Xinghen, and Tang Lie battered him with coordinated attacks.

Lu Jun defeated the Soul Kings hunting him, rose to the top of the Genius Youth Ranking, and advanced his forging and cultivation. After moving into High Grade Class One, he began brutally training Xie Xie, then brought the rest of their companions into the Virtual World for the same regimen.

• Lu Jun killed the Soul Kings and Yu Xinghen, escaped Tang Lie and Yu Xinglie, then survived Tang Lie’s time-stopping attack before a Ten Thousand Year Tyrant Dragon swallowed Tang Lie and forced Lu Jun to log out.
• Lu Jun reunited with his friends, and footage of the battle spread, earning him first place on the Genius Youth Ranking while Tang Lie and Yu Xinglie faced orders to return to their factions for punishment.
• At the Mingdu Forging Association, Lu Jun revealed he was a Rank 5 blacksmith and forged a Frost Arm Guard from God Foundation Metal as Tang San resolved to destroy the Ice Abyss Sword and claim its power.
• Zang Xin confronted Gui Yan over the ruined Tang Sect branch, but Leng Yulai stopped their clash and drove Zang Xin away before it could escalate.
• Six months later, Lu Jun and his friends advanced early to High Grade Class One, where Yuanen Yehui announced a tournament against the Second Year students and Xie Xie became determined to win her attention.
• Lu Jun declined the tournament and began training Xie Xie in the Virtual World, repeatedly killing him in a frozen wasteland until Xie Xie reached rank thirty-nine after a week.
• Lu Jun accepted Long Chen, Yue Zhengyu, Xu Xiaoyan, and Gu Yue Na as trainees and led them, along with Xie Xie, into an ice-covered Ancient Arena.
