Lu Jun traveled with Leng Yaozhu to the Extreme North, where they uncovered a Green Skull Organization plot and survived an attack on the city. Guided by the Ice Abyss Sword, they pressed into the Absolute Forbidden Zone and sheltered in an ice cave.

• Xu Tiandi made Gu Chenyu a God Craftsman and ordered him to forge Artificial Intelligence Huo Yuhao’s body and Four-Word Dou Armor while warning Qiangu Dongfeng of threats from the Abyss and Holy Spirit Cult.
• Lu Jun registered his Gold Tier One-Word Battle Armor, and Leng Yaozhu took him north after assigning Leng Yulai to work with Gu Chenyu on her Four-Word Dou Armor.
• During their journey, Lu Jun entered Deep Meditation and reached the Half-Step Spirit Domain Realm before he and Leng Yaozhu arrived at the City of the Extreme North.
• Leng Yaozhu and A Tai investigated furtive East Continent visitors while Dong Zian came to assist, but Green Skull Organization members attacked Lu Jun in the hotel after Leng Yaozhu left.
• Lu Jun fought off the attackers until Leng Yaozhu contained a cannon-shell blast, killed one survivor, and captured two Titled Douluo for interrogation.
• Dong Zian and A Tai secured the scene, and the investigation revealed that Green Skull Organization planned to use the city as a base to invade Douluo Continent.
• Leng Yaozhu accompanied Lu Jun beyond the city despite the cold weakening her, and she agreed to follow him toward the Absolute Forbidden Zone at his insistence.
• After traveling for seven days and seven nights, Lu Jun found an abandoned ice cave, shielded it with the Ice Abyss Domain, and Leng Yaozhu lit it with her Sky Phoenix True Fire.

Lu Jun and Leng Yaozhu uncovered the Abyss-tainted Ice Jade Scorpion Clan and helped defend the City of the Extreme North from the Holy Spirit Cult and its sea-beast allies. After Xu Tiandi drove off the Demon Empress and the Federation secured the city, Lu Jun and the Ice Empress formed a Spirit Soul contract.

• Lu Jun and Leng Yaozhu entered the Absolute Forbidden Zone, where Lu Jun used the Ice Abyss Sword to purify the corrupted Ice Jade Scorpions and cleanse the spatial rift leaking Abyss energy.
• Leng Yaozhu identified the Demon Empress as the likely cause of the corruption, and Lu Jun led her and the Snow and Ice Empresses to the rift at the heart of the forbidden zone.
• While Leng Yaozhu prepared the Spirit Soul contract ceremony, the Green Skull Organization and Holy Spirit Cult attacked the City of the Extreme North with sea beasts, and Leng Yaozhu and Lu Jun arrived to help defend it.
• Lu Jun killed three powerful Demon Soul Great White Sharks as Leng Yaozhu and the Federation forces fought off the other attackers and rescued Dong Zian.
• Xu Tiandi confronted the Demon Empress at sea and revealed a half Divine Position, but she escaped through a spatial rift into the Abyss Plane.
• After the battle, Xu Tiandi distributed Soul Bones to Lu Jun, Leng Yaozhu, and Dong Zian, while Lu Jun and Leng Yaozhu agreed to keep secret that Xu Tiandi contained a Level 12 God-Slaying Fixed-Mounted Soul Cannon Shell.
• Leng Yaozhu joined Lu Jun and the Ice Empress in completing their Spirit Soul contract, and she later thanked Lu Jun for helping her overcome her past and reach rank 99.

Lu Jun helped Leng Yaozhu reconcile his identity, gained Ha Luosa’s aid to strengthen himself, and exposed and destroyed Tang San’s presence in Tang Wulin’s mind. After graduating, Lu Jun led a team toward Aolai City to search for Tang Wulin’s missing adoptive parents.

• Leng Yaozhu told Lu Jun how her disillusionment with Yun Ming and Shrek Academy had left her afraid that Lu Jun would become someone unfamiliar, and Lu Jun promised to remain the person she knew.
• Leng Yaozhu broke through to Level 99 Limit Douluo, and Lu Jun worked with Ha Luosa to transform and absorb three Ultimate Ice Soul Bones, reaching Soul Power Level sixty-six.
• Lu Jun forged and registered his Two-Word Dou Armor, Ice Sword, then met Wu Sidu when she fled the Federation and sought admission to Sun Moon Royal Soul Master Academy.
• Lu Jun began supervising Wu Sidu and discovered Tang San’s divine sense influencing Tang Wulin, then advised Tang Wulin to change his training and develop his abilities.
• Tang Wulin chose to trust Lu Jun, who entered his Sea of Consciousness, destroyed Tang San’s divine sense, and promised to guide him toward strength.
• Lu Jun trained Tang Wulin and Wu Sidu in the Virtual Battlefield, and the Dean notified thirteen-year-old Soul Emperor Lu Jun of his graduation.
• The Federation assigned Lu Jun to lead Gu Yue Na, Yuanen Yehui, Yue Zhengyu, Long Chen, Xie Xie, Xu Xiaoyan, Tang Wulin, and Wu Sidu to investigate the disappearance of Tang Ziran and Lang Yue in Aolai City.
• Lu Jun requisitioned three Mechas, and the team launched for Aolai City while Gu Yue Na watched the uneasy Wu Sidu.

Lu Jun rescued Tang Wulin’s parents, then joined the Federation’s campaign against Tang Sect branches and their stores of Faith Power. As Tang Sect leaders plotted to expose Lu Jun’s hidden power, Federation forces surrounded Shrek City and barred its strongest residents from leaving.

• Lu Jun’s group reached Aolai City, where Tang Wulin discovered that Tang Sect Fighters had kidnapped his parents and threatened to kill them unless he returned to the sect.
• Lu Jun and Tang Wulin’s companions defeated the Tang Sect pursuers, rescued Tang Ziran and Lang Yue, and fought off a force sent to capture or kill them.
• The Federation declared Tang Sect traitorous, while its senior commanders blocked powerful Tang Sect forces from entering Aolai City and protected Lu Jun’s group.
• Lu Jun defeated the Tang Sect force surrounding Aolai City, then led his companions in raiding the local branch and purifying part of its stored Faith Power.
• Lu Jun agreed to attack Tang Sect branches along the eastern route, and his group destroyed branches in six or seven cities while gathering resources and Faith Power.
• Zang Xin and Cao Dezhi ordered the remaining Faith Power moved toward the East Continent passage and planned to gather over a thousand Soul Sages to force Lu Jun to reveal his hidden power.
• The Central Legion and Sea God Legion surrounded Shrek City, and Yu Guanzhi barred Soul Douluo and stronger cultivators from leaving under threat of Grade Nine Fixed Soul Cannon Shells.
• Yun Ming demanded an explanation from Yu Guanzhi, while Zang Xin and Cao Dezhi condemned the Federation’s blockade and its support for Lu Jun’s attacks.
