Lu Jun stalled the Purple-rank Fighter while Tang Wulin, Xie Xie, and Yue Zhengyu rushed to rescue Tang Wulin’s parents near Aolai City’s eastern exit. He then escaped as the ice poison he had planted detonated inside the fighter’s Martial Soul Avatar, destroying him.

• Lu Jun ordered Tang Wulin, Xie Xie, and Yue Zhengyu to head east and support Gu Yue Na’s rescue of Tang Wulin’s parents.
• Tang Wulin, Xie Xie, and Yue Zhengyu left Lu Jun alone to face the Purple-rank Fighter.
• The Purple-rank Fighter recognized Lu Jun and transformed into a bomb with his seventh soul skill and Two-Word Dou Armor.
• Lu Jun revealed he had been stalling for time, then sped east as the ice poison hidden inside the fighter’s body erupted.

Xu Tiandi forced the councilors to obey him and planned to use Lu Jun’s report to make Shrek Academy retreat. Meanwhile, Gu Yue Na’s team found Tang Wulin’s parents and launched an attack on their Tang Sect captors.

• Xu Tiandi terrorized the councilors into obeying his orders, then blamed Shrek Academy for infiltrating the council and resolved to force it back to Shrek City.
• Gu Yue Na located Tang Wulin’s parents in an isolated cottage, where three Tang Sect Fighters guarded them, and assigned her team roles in the rescue.
• Gu Yue Na attacked the cottage with a torrent of seven elements, blasting the two Yellow-rank Fighters backward and drawing the Purple-rank Fighter’s attention.

Gu Yue Na and the others defeated the Tang Sect guards and rescued Tang Ziran and Lang Yue, then reunited them with Tang Wulin. As the family prepared to escape, Gu Yue Na sensed powerful enemies approaching from all directions.

• Gu Yue Na restrained the Purple-rank Fighter while Yuanen Yehui, Long Chen, and Xu Xiaoyan fought the guards, giving Wu Sidu a chance to enter the ruined house.
• Wu Sidu freed Tang Ziran and Lang Yue from their Soul Tool Chains and led them outside.
• Yuanen Yehui and the others killed the two Yellow-rank Fighters and the Purple-rank Fighter.

Lu Jun arrived as the Tang Sect Dou Soul Hall’s experts closed in on Aolai City and promised to hold them back while his allies protected his uncle and aunt. He faced more than a dozen attackers, including three Soul Sages, and struck back with the Ice Abyss Sword.

• Lu Jun descended on the Ice Abyss Sword and reassured the frightened group that he would handle anyone above Soul King.
• Lu Jun assigned Xu Xiaoyan to control the fight and Wu Sidu to guard his uncle and aunt as the Tang Sect pursuers arrived.

• Dong Zian told the Black-Rank Douluo that the Federation had branded Tang Sect a traitorous organization and warned that more powerful allies were guarding Lu Jun’s group.
• On Aolai City’s western approach, Guan Yue and twelve War Gods blocked three Black-Rank Douluo and their fighters, allowing only those below the Soul Sage rank to pass.
• On the northern approach, Qiangu Qingfeng and Xia Zhengleng revealed their strength and barred Soul Sage-rank experts and above from entering.

Cao Dezhi returned to the Tang Sect Headquarters and learned that Xu Tiandi had purged Tang Sect members from the Blood God Legion, while he and Zang Xin planned a future counterattack. In Aolai City, Lu Jun prepared his companions to defend Tang Ziran and his wife from the Tang Sect’s encircling forces, then set out to confront the attackers himself.

• Cao Dezhi returned to the Tang Sect Headquarters and told Zang Xin that he had escaped the Blood God Legion, where Xu Tiandi had executed the other Tang Sect members.
• Zang Xin and Cao Dezhi discussed their plan to recruit the Clear Sky Sect’s two Sect Masters and the Goddess of Beauty to kill Xu Tiandi once their East Continent plan was complete.
• Lu Jun and his companions secured Tang Ziran and his wife inside Mecha Unit 01 as enemy forces surrounded Aolai City.

Lu Jun tricked the Golden Tiger Soul Saint into revealing that nearly every available Tang Sect Dou Soul Hall fighter near the eastern coast was on the way, then let him go before a dark fissure opened in his path.

• Lu Jun killed the Soul Emperors and Soul Sages attacking his line, while a Golden Tiger Soul Saint survived their clash.
• A level sixty-nine Soul Emperor slipped past Lu Jun and charged at Yuanen Yehui and the others, but Gu Yue Na pierced him with her Silver Dragon Spear.

• Gu Yue Na teleported Lu Jun behind the Golden Tiger Soul Saint, and Lu Jun killed him with the Ice Abyss Sword’s true-form power.
• Lu Jun pursued and killed the fleeing Tang Sect members, then returned to check that Long Chen, Wu Sidu, and the others were unharmed.
• Lu Jun warned his companions that the Golden Tiger Soul Saint’s strength and defenses could have made the fight much harder if he had possessed Three-Word Dou Armor.

Lu Jun led his companions into a surprise offensive against Tang Sect Branches, starting with a hidden base in Aolai City, to seize supplies and disrupt the Tang Sect. They found the base’s defenses strangely weak, while Gu Yue Na sensed a powerful presence deeper inside.

• Lu Jun explained that Xu Tiandi had ordered them to wipe out Tang Sect Branches along the route from Aolai City to Mingdu, with Limit Douluo support against powerful enemies.
• Lu Jun told his companions to stop fleeing and make the Tang Sect pay by raiding its Aolai City branch for supplies, and the group eagerly agreed.
• Gu Yue Na used her Spiritual Power to locate the branch beneath an abandoned warehouse in Aolai City’s slums.
• Long Chen smashed open the concealed entrance, and Lu Jun led the team into the underground base.

Lu Jun and Gu Yue Na discovered the Tang Sect had hidden a vast store of ancient Faith Power in its Aalai City base and rushed to seize it. A level seventy-nine Soul Sage confronted them, but Lu Jun shattered his whip Martial Soul with the Ice Abyss Sword.

• Gu Yue Na sensed immense, ancient Faith Power sealed in the base’s most guarded area, and she and Lu Jun decided the Tang Sect must not keep it.
• Lu Jun ordered their companions to clear the other defenders and supply depots while he and Gu Yue Na headed for the core chamber.
• A level seventy-nine Soul Sage burst through the chamber’s Alloy Door and challenged Lu Jun, activating his Two-Word Dou Armor and silver whip Martial Soul.
• Lu Jun dodged the whip’s attacks, closed in on the Soul Sage, and struck the whip’s vulnerable point with the Ice Abyss Sword.

Lu Jun killed the Tang Sect branch’s strongest defender and led the assault on its base, where he began absorbing the thousand-year store of Faith Power. He filtered out most of Tang San’s imprint, leaving a fraction of purified energy to flow into himself.

• Lu Jun unleashed eighteen frost sword rays and instantly killed the rank-seventy-nine Soul Sage in Two-Word Dou Armor.
• With the defender dead, Xie Xie, Long Chen, Yue Zhengyu, Yuanen Yehui, Wu Sidu, and Xu Xiaoyan overwhelmed the branch, plundered its resources, and destroyed its facilities while Tang Wulin guarded his parents.
• Lu Jun and Gu Yue Na reached the container of Faith Power, and Lu Jun explained that he would use the Ice Abyss Sword to strip away Tang San’s spiritual imprints.

After the Aolai City branch was destroyed, Tang Wulin’s parents were sent to safety, and Xu Tiandi contacted Lu Jun to praise his work.

• Lu Jun absorbed some of the Faith Power, and he and Gu Yue Na suspected the Tang Sect was stockpiling it to bring Tang San and possibly the God Realm’s Deities to Douluo Continent.
• Lu Jun and Gu Yue Na agreed to disrupt the Tang Sect’s plans and target its other branches, then razed the Aolai City branch and seized or destroyed its resources.
• Dong Zian and Federation troops secured the area, and Tang Wulin entrusted his parents, Tang Ziran and Lang Yue, to their protection as they departed for Mingdu.
• Dong Zian gave Lu Jun an encrypted communicator, and Xu Tiandi praised him for quickly eliminating the Tang Sect branch.

He led his companions toward the strongholds, eager to use the campaign to grow stronger and wipe out the Tang Sect.

• Over a month, Lu Jun's group wiped out Tang Sect Branches in six or seven eastern cities and plundered their resources.
• Lu Jun absorbed and purified Faith Power from the branches' containers, strengthening his Spiritual Power but not enough to reach the Spirit Domain Realm.

The Federation’s Central Legion and Sea God Legion surrounded Shrek City and barred Soul Douluo-level powerhouses from leaving, claiming they were enforcing orders against traitorous organizations. Yun Ming, Zang Xin, and Cao Dezhi confronted Yu Guanzhi, but the military refused to back down, leaving the city under threat of attack.

• A Black-Rank Douluo reported that the Central Legion and Sea God Legion had sealed off Shrek City, prompting Zang Xin and Cao Dezhi to lead Tang Sect powerhouses to the walls.
• Yu Guanzhi announced that Soul Douluo and stronger cultivators could not leave the city, threatening violators with the Federation’s Grade Nine Fixed Soul Cannon Shells.
• The Sea God Legion’s fleet completed the encirclement from the sea as the Central Legion aimed its weapons at Shrek City.
