Stunned by the sense of fullness that could only be felt after advancing, Xia Mo clenched his fists. Then, with his mouth slightly open, he raised his face and asked hesitantly, uncertainly, "Um... I think I broke through?"

Seeing Xia Mo's amusingly confused expression, the three could not help but laugh, nodding with smiles.

The next day, it was still early. Xia Mo was still sleeping in, while Xiao Yi Xian and the others were discussing their plans for the day in the living room. Suddenly, someone carrying a strong scent of blood appeared outside the door.

He knocked on the door and asked coldly, "Is Xia Mo here? I need to talk to him."

"Who are you? What do you want with Xiao Mo?" Xiao Yi Xian and the other two looked solemnly at the person outside. The killing intent around him made it all too easy to suspect that he had come looking for trouble.

"Have Xia Mo come out. I'll tell him myself," the person outside said dully.

"Wait here. I'll go get him," Xiao Yi Xian said, but she did not invite the man inside to wait.

Xiao Yi Xian knocked on Xia Mo's door and called out, "Xiao Mo, someone's looking for you."

Hearing Xiao Yi Xian's voice, Xia Mo rubbed his eyes, got out of bed, opened the door, and walked out.

When Xiao Yi Xian saw Xia Mo emerge, she grabbed him and asked quietly, "Xiao Mo, did you cause trouble outside?"

"No," Xia Mo replied, somewhat confused by her question. He was rarely even at the academy, so how could he have offended anyone?

"There's someone outside who looks really fierce. He's looking for you," Xiao Yi Xian said.

Xia Mo thought, Someone fierce? It can't be that ice-faced Wu Hao, can it?

The two walked into the living room together. Xia Mo looked at the man outside, stepped over, and asked, "Wu Hao, what do you want with me? Do you need medicine refined?"

"No wonder he's covered in killing intent," Xiao Xun'er said as well.

"As long as he's not an enemy, that's fine," Xiao Yi Xian said.

"I'll talk business with him first. If you're going to class, just go ahead. No need to wait for me." After saying that, Xia Mo led Wu Hao into his room.
