"I thought you were a police officer."
He Han was mocking the man's previous overbearing demand to open the briefcase, which was very much like the arrogant style of United States police officers.
The team could not help but chuckle inwardly. This security supervisor's attitude really did resemble those rude, overbearing United States police officers!
Of course, that kind of arrogance was only directed at the poor. In front of wealthy people, those officers' attitudes were exceptionally good. After all, rich people were not as easy to deal with as the poor in the slums. One misstep, and they might file a complaint or hire a lawyer to sue. "Then where is your ID?"
As he spoke, He Han pointed at the man's chest.
"You say you're the security supervisor, but I think you're an airport cleaner. May I ask whether cleaners have the right to inspect luggage?"
