There, he underwent trials.

So he remained within the Myriad Heavens.
There, at times he respected others, and at times was respected by others.
At times he was a guide, and at times a follower.
At times he was a child, and at times an elder.
At times he was a mighty being, and at times an insect.
At times he was male, and at times female.
At times he was darkness, and at times light.
At times he was a tyrant, and at times a slave.
Amid such drifting, shifting transformations, there would occasionally come a moment when two became one. He was both teacher and student, both changing living beings and teaching them, while also drawing new knowledge from them to perfect himself, before passing that perfected knowledge on to others.
Thus, he even rose far above both, becoming a creator, explorer, driver, and observer within the circular cycle where old age and youth alternated.
He underwent this cycle while observing it, and as his sensations changed, he sometimes slowed his pace,
