Yet the power hidden within his body was easy to sense, and one could glimpse it most clearly from his stance and gait.
Such a noble and magnificent being sat above space and time, watching all living things struggle. He was so powerful that his might was almost beyond description.
Yet after hesitating for only a moment, he fell to his knees with a thud before the child who had just been born.
What had happened? Why?
The baby's crying soon stopped, turning into harsh, wheezing spasms.
