Ranked from most to least likely, the first was an office worker in a white shirt, drinking alone. The second was a young woman in a red dress, seated in the farthest corner. She had brought nothing with her and had only ordered a glass of juice, looking as if she were waiting for someone. Several men tried to strike up a conversation with her, but she shook her head and turned them all down. The last was an elderly man around seventy, the oldest person in the entire bar. Dressed like an intellectual, he had been looking around ever since he entered, with none of his attention on the match underway.

"Are you serious?" Fengzi followed Zhang Heng's gaze. "Are you more interested in an old man than you are in me?"

"I told you, I need to take care of something first." Zhang Heng set down his glass.

"What kind of business? Drag that poor old man out of the bar, haul him somewhere deserted, then strip him of every last possession?"

"Something along those lines," Zhang Heng said.

After a brief pause, Fengzi suddenly clutched her stomach and burst into exaggerated laughter.

"Aren't you afraid?
