"Oh, that email was from the union. It was probably about handing out work safety supplies, or maybe a notice about compensatory time off." Fengzi looked unconcerned.
"Do your union's messages usually get sent in bulk?" Zhang Heng asked.
"Usually, I guess. Why?" Zhang Heng's question left Fengzi somewhat baffled. Then she looked up and noticed that more and more people on the street had wristbands that were beginning to vibrate. Through the bar's glass windows, she could also see the patrons inside Singularity Bar lowering their heads to check their messages.
Fengzi frowned. "What's going on?" She opened the email on her wristband, and her gaze immediately froze.
The email contained a video.
